My husband and I have lived here at St. Lucie Falls for 4 years and couldnt be happier! The property is extremely well maintained & offers many amenities like a great lodge where many events are held, holiday parties, parades, two wonderful pools, tennis, bocci ball, pickle ball, bowling teams, numerous card games, bingo, sewing club, Bible study, all kinds of groups! We love our neighbors and get together often. We feel very lucky to have found this community!

Nice place. Well kept. Dont know if theres an HOA, but if there is, rating would drop to three star.
