Looked pretty ni e for a mobile slash TV park

No propane to dry clothes with in the laundromat.No showers are available for anyone in the nasty park.No staff ever available.Not handicapped accessible. Can not even pay your fees;which are to high for what you receive.Lawn care is spotty and not done often.Tried to report to owners and were told they knew nothing about the facility.

Clean environment for a trailer park. Very nice people live there.

Were out there doing a boundary survey to property lines on the east line was encroaching so we had to adjust the property lines so that it would be taking up on the other owners property

Management is without empathy nor understanding of how their tenants are having difficulties ie-- trying to safe money to obtain a title transfer and re- registration of my sisters vehicle!! Had my sisters car towed away!! Her son Chad died yesterday at 8am--- if the car wasnt towed then perhaps he would still be alive as they could have gone to a medical facility!!As it turns out my sister had to discover her son was in fact dying on his bed before she was able to transport her son to the hospital!! EMS services did help but by then Chads condition was life threatening!!

Found syringes in the park, the positions that I met my homeless wife there.

New with this area....office staff is pleasant.

Ronnys RV Ranch is a dated Mobile Home Park. Marlene the Property Manager makes this property very nice! She is kind, pleasant but makes sure it does not get run down. Marlene manages workers, vendors and outside contractors with an eagle eye and makes the place run.The full-timers at the park are real salt of the earth. I never worried about theft or any other things. The children that live here are well behaved and quiet. I stayed here for over 2 months and enjoyed it! A low cost gem for a night or a month! Mostly because of Marlene!

Close to 2-Hospitals, several med stations, Walmart, & lots of stores for shopping. also very close to the Ocean with many public beaches. Over the past few years there has been lots of improvements to the park. Very friendly management & and employees. A great place to bring your family for the Winter.

If youre an illegal immigrant or simply cant afford housing that doesnt have wheels then this place is for you. What it lacked in amenities was made tolerable by the kind and effervescent manager Marlene. But since she left, youre lucky to get a polite answer in the office and even luckier to get a refund on an overpayment. Youll be told corporate is handling it now, like the place is owned by Berkshire-Hathaway, or something. But dont worry, if youre late on a payment their phone suddenly works perfectly. If you like bathing, buy a Waterpik from the local Walmart. It would have 10x the water pressure of their jury-rigged water lines. I wanted to like this place, it was an affordable option for a seasonal employee. I was even able to overlook the ratty kids banging on the door all the time trying to sell their mothers scented candles and household items. But their new management ruined it, this place is officially a dump.

Great park nice people only problem is mot enough parking.

This place sucks if you own your own place everbody is in your business no privice. But the best thing i ever did is move put of that hell hole. And i mean hell hole

Very clean place and very pleasant residents.

Ronnys is under new management and is better than ever. Theyre renovating the grounds, roads, common areas, and the park has never looked better.

All it needs is WiFi and pool

My third winter here and it works for me. Not really family oriented as there is no playground and none near by. Dogs pay extra and must be under 30lbs.
