Lovely place. We had our daughters birthday party here. It was clean and the hostess were wonderful. Thank you for a great experience!
Very clean and engaging! My three year old loved it and would have spent all day if he could have. The admission price was very reasonable for what was on offer.
Clean. Friendly. Plenty of options for my kid to play with. He loved every second and I would highly recommend you bring your kid here rather than Chuck Cheese across the street!
The staff told me and my five year old to wait outside in the cold because I was not wearing a mask as I came to pick my wife and kids up. My wife told me the staff yelled at another parent earlier about their mask not being good enough. Then complained to my wife when she was talking with another parent. Itty Bitty Tyrants on a power trip. If COVID was half as deadly as they pretend it to be, why is their business open? Theyll just take your money and tell you to get out. Teenage staff on a power trip.
First timers. It was great for my 1 year old and 10 year old! Highly recommend!
My grandkids age 4 absolutely loved it. They did not want to leave. ️
Great place for your kids to learn and play. They are super clean with the fact that you have to wash your hands before entering which makes me feel better about my 2 year old playing there. They are a great place to do birthdays. My best friend held her sons birthday there and they where amazingly helpful with the clean up. There are many different play houses for them to experience my daughter loved it. The only bad thing was having to drag my daughter away when we had to leave . Will be going back. 10 stars all around.
This is a fantastic place for younger kids. We attended with my 21 month old, my friends 5 & 7 year old. They all had a blast running around and exploring the city. The Vet Clinic and Grocery store were very popular along with the giant train table. For Thanksgiving weekend I was surprised it wasn’t super busy. We stayed for about 2 ½ hrs, and the only reason we were able to get the kids to leave was for food. The staff was friendly, and always walking around putting things back and keeping the area clean and safe. I thought the price was very affordable. Wish we had one in our city. Seriously they should start a franchise.
My daughters really like this place. This place allows them to be really creative. The employees are all super friendly. The reason for the four stars is the price. It cost $11 for my one year old. Also, it costs for us as parents. It’s a nice place for kids but the price keeps us going more often.
We like it enough that we purchased a membership. My daughter has a ball every time and so do I. Staff is attentive, friendly, and does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness.
My 3 year old LOVES this place. They recently added a new “Light Factory” which is a great addition. Also, they’ve updated most of the toys so everything feel fresh and new. The staff is so great and they take time to get to know my daughter. We always make the craft, “cook” in the kitchen, play in the house, and checkout in the grocery. This place is great for kids with imagination. It’s a good place to play and learn with your child. They throw great parties, and they toy shop is really well stocked with things you can’t get at big box stores.
Great place, but prices are a bit high especially since they charge per adult and not per kid depending on your size of family. Sometimes makes it a decision of splitting up the family because of that.
A great place to spend the day with your kiddos! I had my sons birthday party here in December anf everyone had a great time. Theres a lot for everyone to do and the staff keep it clean and tidy for the most part.
By far best and easiest birthday party we have had so far. The staff helped with everything. We were allowed to bring our own pizza, cake, and drinks. (Where most places gouge you) All the kids had fun including a few older cousins that we thought might not get into it.
This place has so much potential but it needs some TLC. The carpets are falling apart. The stuffed animals are turning black. Their foam blocks are starting to fall apart. My son had a good time and all the other kids there were too. As an adult though noticing those things makes it hard to want to bring him back there or invest in a membership.
The little one (2 years old) absolutely loved it. She didnt want to leave. Friendly staff and everything was clean.
Great place for kids to be kids and run wild with their imaginations all while playing
My 2.5 year old loved it here! Even my 8 year old was able to enjoy it and make friends. My husband was impressed with the hand washing station (you must wash your hands before entering). There were several buildings in the city, a stage with costumes, water tables, and an area for crafts. My youngest loved painting on the glass wall! They even have a gift shop with a variety of toys to buy. There are plenty of places for adults to sit and watch. I would have loved something like this as a kid. Oh, they even have bins for items that have been dropped on the floor, or chewed on, so they can be sanitized.
There seems to be something for every age kiddo to enjoy. My son is only 15 months old but he had a blast in the 24 months old and under area, and the water table area. We spent almost 2 hours on our visit. He played until he was ready for a nap and slept so good that night. There facilities are super cute and clean as well!
Cool concept.. Great interactive play for kids..
My kids loved going here and the staff in the painting room were very friendly which is the only reason I gave it three stars instead of one.. But the price for how much you get was definitely not worth it. The discovery center in Springfield has 20x the amount of things for kids to play with and explore and is half the price. I spent $22 for a 5 and 2 year old to play in this small place.. Next time going to the discovery center. My kids loved it, but Id rather be able to let them play with more for a $60 year pass at discovery center vs a ridiculous $300 year pass here
Usually this place is amazing. Today the staff were more interested in talking to each other than making sure the areas were clean and ready for more children. Hopefully it will be better next time.
All of the kids, age 1 to 21, had fun!!
The kids had a blast. So much fun stuff to do.
Great place for toddlers to be able to run around and interact with eachother and parents. However, the fabric surfaces (carpet) and stuffed animals desperately need replacing. They are dirty and overused. These objects are often held, cuddled and crawled on and hold the most germs. The concepts of this itty bitty city is fantastic, just needs a little updating.
This place is amazing. We were trying to go to the discovery center but it was closed for labor day. Im not even disappointed we didnt get to go to the discovery center! This place is top notch! My 2 year old had an amazing experience!
Super cute place for little ones. My 6 year old and three year old had a blast. Its a safe indoor environment that allows kids to play together and explore several play areas like a market, a cafe, a house, post office, fire station, art room, and more.
We had such a blast here! Definitely going back!
Everything was great for the kids but the music. Some inappropriate songs, some just loud and obnoxious.
A great place to take your toddler! There are all kinds of things to explore and do.
My little toddler loves this place. There is a lot for her to do and she will spend hours playing. The price is decent for the amount of time she spends there
Everybody here was very friendly, and my daughter seemed to have a good time but our visit was painfully boring for my wife and I. I think if you had a couple small kids with big imaginations or need an escape from the heat this would be a great little place to visit. Otherwise maybe look elsewhere.
Great place to take your kids if you like clean and fun!
Cute place for kids but ridiculous that adults have to pay. Similar places in the area do not charge for adults. Would come here more often if they didn’t. Also water area has been down 2 out of the 3 times we have been here.
Lots of activities, kids love it. Only down side is adults having to pay. Pay to just follow a kid around or sit and watch the kids. We would go more if you just had to pay for kids
My nephew and nieces LOVED Itty Bitty City. Ages 3-11 they were all fascinated by all the things to do every time we went. I was even having a blast playing with all the little cute food and watching in wonder at their imaginations. After meeting the owner I then recognized this place was really special and run with immense care and love. Cant wait to go back!
Great place to bring your kids and let them play and dress up
Fun place for kids of all ages. Prices are reasonable.
Went to 2 birthday parties for my 4yos friends last year. This place is FANTASTIC for little kids. I Dont think kids over kindergarten would get much from it but boy or girls under 7 will be so excited to be here. They also have an infant area in the back.Let your kids in here to explore their imagination!!
Lots of fun for kids. My kindergartner loved it.
Kids enjoy all the different themes..12 year old starting to outgrow playing with her sister, but they have been visiting for years.
Great place for little kids to play and let their imagination run wild. Seems as if the staff does an excellent job at keeping the place clean and tidy. My son really likes it and makes new little friends every time we go. It cost me 15$ for a couple hours of fun, I can handle that.
My kids loved this place. I had to drag them out to leave. It really inspires their creativity.
Took my little girl here for her 4th birthday. The kids had a blast, and it was simple but memorable. I definitely recommend for an easy bday party for kids under ten.
A ton of fun, hours and hours.
The little one loved it. Had a blast. Great place to take toddlers.
This place is nuts, but in a good way. Its like organized chaos for the kiddos. The children had so much fun that they didnt want to leave. I would totally recommend this neat place for an afternoon outing with the kids.
My daughter love this place.
Great place for toddlers to preschool aged children to explore various occupations and child-sized community buildings!
Amazing place for kids to play and learn. No food or drinks inside. Kid-sized puppet theater, cafe, grocery store, vet clinic, fire station, police station, schoolhouse, laboratory, and more! Contained soft play area for kids under 2.
Great place. My kids love it.
Really fun place for the kids. Check out their preschool!
Overpriced and overstimulated. Only liked it because it was a friends daughters party- friend did an amazing job on the party. I will say they were patient and kind to the kids- but be ready to be surrounded by a ton of yelling and running kids. Its like herding cats.
Always a great time for the kids. Big enough for some variety but small enough to keep track of the kids! Always have a good time!
Our youngest absolutely loves this place. He loves it so much that he brings it up at least every other week. Such a cool place for little ones to play. Its a great setup because no one can walk off with your kids.
Would not go back. This was probably a fun place when it was new, but the toys were run down and I found broken pieces laying around. Besides food in the grocery area, most of the “buildings” didn’t have much of anything in them to contribute to the imaginative play. Also, there was no Duplo racetrack like they advertise on the website. The infant area (supposed to be under 24 months) has bigger kids in it, yet we continued to follow the rules but my kids didn’t understand why I wouldn’t let them go in there. There were only maybe 3 ride on toys for the road, and even though parents are supposed to be watching their kids, most kids we encountered were quite rude when it came to sharing. Also, one mother let her son ride one toy into the bathroom which I think is disgusting, instead of making him get off and leaving the toy out for someone else to have a turn. The staff was mainly sitting in the front or walking to the back office, no interaction with parents or kids. And personally I think it’s ridiculous that the parent has to pay to go in as well, when the entry fee is already quite expensive for 2 kids. We were just visiting the area, but if we ever go back to Springfield we will try The Jungle Gym instead. $30 for our little family to get in and my kids were only entertained for about an hour.
Great clean place. My grand girls had a fun time. 7 would be oldest age for most kids.
If staff were more attentive and not so rude this place would be more enjoyable. It’s difficult to take more than one kid here for one thing, as there’s no actual line of sight to see more than one child at a time unless if they stick right by each other. I took my daughter up for two hours this morning and started feeling very ill. Not wanting to get everyone else sick at the place, I called my husband and he said he would watch our child for the rest of the time. I wasn’t staying, he was simply taking my place. They wouldn’t let him come in, without paying admission as well. Admission? It’s enough of a joke that every adult has to pay admission to come in and literally watch their kid play. You’re not an amusement park. It’s not like adults are enjoying your amenities, we’re literally sitting here watching our kids play. It was only four dollars for my husband to enter. Not a big deal as far as cost goes but the fact that the woman was so rude to us when she told us we couldn’t swap out even though I was literally about to throw up. She said “if you were at a movie, would you get to swap out your ticket?”. Actually, if I saw half of a children’s movie and my child either had to leave halfway through with me because I got sick or have my husband take the seat I paid for for the movie, I actually DO believe the manager wouldn’t be so inconsiderate as to make my child leave the movie too. Thanks for asking...We were considering buying a season pass which would’ve been hundreds of dollars and you lost out on that money because you wanted my husband to pay a four dollar entrance fee. Hope you continue to “make customers happy” at the expense of your business like this. We’re not the kind of people that ask for a hand out. We’ve got enough money, it’s just when you come across such rude people for the sake of a few dollars and the lack of customer service it really just shows you what a business’ priorities are.
Great place! Friendly staff and very clean. Staff gets to know regular kids and its a friendly environment.
This is a fun imaginative indoor place for kids to play in different settings. The owner truly cares about delivering a safe, enjoyable, educational experience for every family that comes through the door!
Very nice place but at a high price. If you take your kid you have to pay for adults as well. You can not do anything but you still have to pay.
My 3 year old daughter loves this place. She didnt want to leave! Clean place. One thing I think another parent mentioned that I can also agree with is a way to track the kids and parents with a stamp on the hand or something, also a more tunneled way in and out for further safety. You guys have the germ thing down, maybe something like this too? Great place though
My kids love it, 2yr old & 5 yr old.. great environment and staff.
This was our first time. We LOVED it! I brought my 3 year old and 16 month old girls and they both had a great time. I love the “yuck buckets” especially because my little one puts things in her mouth and I could put them in there to be sanitized. The Cafe was definitely their favorite spot to play but all of it was great. looking forward to bringing my 2 Four year old boys next time!
So much fun! We could play here all day!
Love it! All day for 1 fee is so considerate :)
Would not go back again. Not enough toys for all the kids to share, Customer services are horrible, they mainly just sit there and chat, theres one were pretty sweet tho. Would rather go to the park, free and fresh.
Great place! We were visiting from out of town and a great place for a 3 year old to run around for hours. Definitely will come back on other trips.
This place is fantastic place to bring young children for indoor fun. The staff are very friendly and patient. They have lots of different types of fun for kids. All very clean and a neat hand cleaning station everyone uses before entry. Our kid’s favorite (and mine) was the big water table they had, although I strongly recommend bringing a change of clothes as getting wet playing at a water table is inevitable (our little guy’s front side was soaked head to toe despite using a smock, so I’m glad we did that last). They have a nice art station that was attended by a very friendly and patient staff member. They have a number of miniature buildings (all indoor) with kid-sized fun for them, such as a vet clinic (with stuffed patients), restaurant, grocery store, service station, fire house, jail, etc. They had a dedicated area for children under 24 months of age. Even the bathrooms are neat, unisex, with a short toilet for little ones along with a standard sized one for adults. The price is very reasonable despite what others have said (they apparently have never been to the movies, go-carts, mini-golf, or any other commercial recreation). We were there for 2 hours and our guy had fun the whole time. Charge is flat rate per kid and discounted rate for adults, no time limit.
Kids love it...maybe a little pricey but not too bad if u can spend 3 to 4hours
Very fun place to take the little ones. Very friendly, respectful staff, went for the very first time & my son had an awesome time. Wery good experience.
We had a birthday party there for our twins and it was great. The staff members were super accommodating. All the kids had so much fun including the bit older ones who didn’t think they would. The facility was very clean too.
My daughter loves this place. She can run around and always find something to do
My 2 year old loves this place!! So much fun for little kids!!
Had so much fun here with my kids, I could keep bring them back and still not be bored.
It was pretty neat place to take the kids, could have had more for the adults but was cool for the kids.
Went there with my 2 children and my niece. We were there for about 2 hours when the kids decided they wanted to do some painting. We went into the painting area at around 3:30 pm and the person handling the painting was called to the front. We waited until about 3:55 pm and i called it and said were leaving. As I headed out to my car to load the kids up I see the painting person leaving as well. No mention that she was coming back at all. If we were to continue waiting we wouldve been waiting until they closed possibly. Maybe hire more people or dont spend all that time gossiping with your co-worker at the front.
The kids love this place
My kids at 4 and 10 loved this place. Its a town for kids where they can do all sorts of pretend play. My ten year old especially liked the water play area where you can use pipes to reroute the water. My for year old really liked delivering the mail.
My family loves Itty Bitty City! Very clean and staff is really friendly! Prices are reasonable and there is so much to do. The water table is awesome, just pack some extra clothes.
My kids Looooooooooooove this place super fun they could play all day here nice and clean vary friendly staff great place when its way to hot or way to cold for outside are go to place for winters or birthdays highly recommend this place
This is a super cute place for smaller children to play & explore! They also have a baby section away from the rest of it. My 2 year old & 6 year old loved going into the mini shops & playing in the water. The admission is super cheap too! Its a great way to spend an afternoon of family bonding!
Way over priced. They also charge not only for the child but they charge for an adults to.
We had lots of fun. My 1 and 5 year old sons loved the water play area. Bring spare clothes! And the huge train table was also a hit.
Love the concept, but in serious need of cleaning up and revamp! Broken toys and such need replacement or repair. Owners need to pay attention to up keep needs.
Really really cute place to visit. My 8 year old loves the vet animal hospital. We played about an hour, but she wasnt ready to go. I feel like it was a little pricey though. Charging the adults seems a little pointless. Fun for a stop on Vaca.
