This has been fixed up so nice. We ate lunch overlooking the river. Bathrooms were clean and we were so appreciative that they were open in the winter. Thank you!!

Well kept not enough water front for everyone there to play in. The tables in back of park area are nice but it woukd be better closer to water if you have kids to watch over or want to fish you cant. Everyone crowds the I or two spots by water.

Nice park with decent bathrooms. We played by the river for hours and met lots of people. We had a lot of water toys and made friends with lots of folks. Th parking lot is of sufficient size, you can BBQ there and the day use pass is $4.

I grew up going to this park in the 70s, 80s, and 90s. I love that its still basically the same. Nice quiet beautiful spot.

We love this spot! Great for a nature walk, swimming, fishing, boating, picnic and horse shoe pits!!! Only wish that they had soap in the bathroom.

I grew up coming here and its always pleased my family year after year. There is plenty of nice cool shade in the evenings, so I wasnt worried about my little one getting burnt! I love that it is right on the edge of town too. Not a far drive at all from Springfield.

Great little river play area for smaller kids on a hot day. Only way it could be better would be to be far enough from the highway to not have that as a constant background noise while youre trying to relax.

The rock ring is exposed when the river lowers,perfection!!! Kids, floaties are safe and BBQ grills and tables make this my favorite lol dip

I like how quiet it is here, and its a good spot if just wanting to visit the Mackenzie without driving very far out of town. There are covered grills, a covered event patio, bathrooms, and the use fee is $4.00. Perfect for a BBQ on a lazy afternoon.

Clean fun place to stop at and hang out. Dog friendly with a beautiful river. I stop here every time I go to Springfield.

I love Hendricks Park and Its only 15 minutes from my house.Ive been going here for years now.

Been comming here during summer since I could walk and swim its great for family reunions, birthdays, family outings, boating, tubbing, take pics for photography, Quiet atmosphere, no life guards only thing but is excellent and safe as safe gets in a unpredictable world.
