Its a very clean and nice trailer park! A lot of beautiful homes for rent and sale! very judgmental About Pets and therapy dogs!

Very friendly atmosphere and Management staff. Some very nice and functional homes available at very reasonable prices. Seems to be a very nice community to live.

The trailers are very nice. My fiances father recently moved in 2 a mobile home at this location. The house is very nice on the inside it looks like it was recently remodeled not to mention it was very clean. I know I wouldnt mind living there at all. Im not sure on price and but not when it comes to renting from there but I will definitely post again when I get that information from him when it comes to renting or buying if thats possible. Very clean and spacious living quarters

I love it here. Its peaceful and relaxing. The only reason it didnt get full stars is because Ive lived here for over 10 years and now I have to pay for water....on top of them recently raising the rent.

The owner is rude the homes are very old and out dated. Called to look at Mobil home and had to call 3 times just to get someone on the phone. Parts of the park are nice but the other part looks like the slums.

Id be very careful about working with these people. They sound nice but they are either incompetent, or dishonest, take your pick. I was looking into buying a nice used mobile home at a sister / adjacent park, Fremont Park. I had the paper work ready to go but the sales agent kept rescheduling and wanting me to look at a home that needed a complete rehab (handy man special). When I said Id look but I wanted the first house, she reassure me that its not a problem, I could still get the first home. Then all of a sudden someone else looks at it and buys it. My paperwork was in, several days later than it could have been, and I as told a check was fine for downpayent but the next day I was told to get a money order and before I could get there with the money order they sold it to the other guy. I dont like being lied to and not being treated fairly so I guess I got lucky.... .

Best park in spfld if u ask me clean calm and keeps the bs out of the park cant say that about any other parks here
