Very nice, inviting, and friendly ppl live here.

The park has the proverbial Sword of Damacles hanging over its head. It is up for re-zoning and the tenants could be forced out. So, understandable the park is beginning to show some wear and tear. Hopefully, things will all work out and thus park will be revamped.

It seems very quiet and the streets are attractive.

Very nice over 55 park could clean up some of the house

All the neighbors I have met in my short time here have been sincerely friendly and open to introduce themselves to me.
