Nice place, clean lots, and friendly people, not very expensive.

On the surface it looks ok, another trailer park, but why isnt the pool open? Why is everyone so hateful of their neighbors and management? Doesnt anyone have anything better to do than complain and argue? If you are going to live in close quarters learn tolerance. I saw too much dissidence and unfriendly behavior as well as management selling to pick out a few homes to berate on every single thing while others skate on the same issue. To the management, Shame on you for not knowing how to keep a park happy after all these years in business. Im sure a filled pool would help allot as well as maybe park wide BBQ night? A mixer to meet the neighbors and make friends? Something needs to be done as that place is a powder keg. I couldnt imagine living so close to others but if you offer that kind of life be prepared for the issues that come with it and find ways to combat it in a positive light instead of adding fuel to the fire.

Very expensive lot rent. Nothing but trash is included. Definitely regret coming here. No security and not that safe.

I have lived here for 3 years and the new management that took over couldnt be worse. Every week some one car is being broken into or things taken from their porches. I have found 2 used needles in me back yard along with little baggies everywhere. This place lets just anyone move in and nag alot of their tenents about everything non stop threatening to kick you out. Also the new older woman working in office and a hateful old bat and has no sort of customer service. Not to mention the office is not open from 9am to 4pm she is never there, and also phone number on site in from the old office employee which was way more caring than the lady in my opinion. But basically unless you have know her personally and whoch trailor shes in, you wont be able to get ahold of anyone or find anyone at the office if you have a day time job. I cant wait to get out of this place its going down hill fast!

The neighbors are noisy. If you have any kind of company they think you are a drug dealer. Your neighbors point cameras at your house and run outside to see what you are doing. The people are not friendly and would rather peep out the window shades to watch your every move. This place is strange and the staff well I have seen dogs smarter than that. I would not recommend living here

I live on a fixed income and this is a very nice and safe place to live!

I go there every day to take care of my client. And she said that shes been there several years and for several years shes been asking for gravel to be put out where they everybody Parks their cars and that has not been done. I really think in a couple truck loads of gravel for everybodys parking space would be a great Improvement for everybody. Im sure if you went around and ask your tenants if they would tell you the same. Other than that I find the party very good. Other than the fact that I did find a syringe at the park and turned it into the management.

This place has terrible mangers. They dont do what they say they are gonna do. They have very unfriendly tenets.

I have been here over a year and am very pleased to have found here and gotten the opportunity to be here. This is the nicest community I have seen anywhere. After living here I am so glad to have found a rent to own so I know eventually we will own our home instead of continuing to rent and have nothing.

My grandmother has lived here for many many years. Unfortunately the park has gone way down hill and the lot rent is ridiculous.
