Been living here for several months now. Quiet well kept park. Neighbors are great, and so is the landowner. Highly recommend.

I live here in my RV monthly, just finished my first month. The owner is a great guy who maintains the property well. Hes out there mowing almost daily. There is a dumpster on site for residents to use. Pets are allowed. Water/sewer hook ups. Electricity and rent are a fair deal. Mailboxs are provided, and fedx will deliver to your door.Its a mix of a mobile home / rv park /rv storage. Peaceful place, no drama so far, would recommend highly.

This is the place on Live PD all the time. Child molesters, dope murders, etc.Maintenance is a joke.
