DO NOT MOVE HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!Recently moved here, and as I toured the place before moving in, on the surface everything seemed clean cut.I moved in just a few weeks ago and as I was on the floor unpacking things, I found it apparent there were pet owners before me, because the carpet smelled like pet pee and cigarette ashes stains on the carpet in the main bedroom. First day, my bathroom door fell right off the hinges when I closed it, it was not screwed in correctly. Our master bathroom toilet does not flush. My 2 kids bedroom reek of cigarette smell. Parts of the trailer have obviously been poorly fixed. Small things for example, no cabinet knobs, no toilet paper holders, no key to the back door, fan cord in living room is missing so cant use it or switch settings on it, there is also a huge wasp problem at my entrance so getting in and out of my trailer without getting chased by wasps is impossible. I have told the property manager that I have a handful of problems and was told only emergency will be a handled at this time because of covid 19. While I understand the stipulations because of the virus, these things should have been taken care of before having a family of 4 move in especially the carpetting. It clearly should have been replaced before us moving in.The 2 problems they did fix that were considered emergency is the water heater wasnt heating at first, and my fuses kept blowing. Th fuses dont blow anymore, but if I want to do dishes take a shower or so laundry in the same day, its not happening with this water heater. ONLY 1 PERSON CAN SHOWER A DAY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.considering they knew a family of 4 was moving in, they should have done what needed to be done, the smell, the carpet, the small things. Its very upsetting Im stuck with a place that constantly smells like animal pee and cigarettes. That is my main problem. The other things I could get over but with everything else on top of it, its very hard to ignore. The neighbors are extremely loud all day and night.I hope things get better and I can edit this and leave a better review.Edit; since it rained alot the whole place smells like mildew. Cool. I also an emergency at 9oclock at night and no one answered the phone and no one had an emergency maintenance number to call. Me and my boyfriend both called for an hour straight, and no answer.Edit; they are supposed to come fix a few things today 10/29/20 I will update if they come or not.Edit; they finally showed up and fixed our leaky sink 11/2/20DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s kinda ghetto. It’s not a senior living park as a claims, I don’t know why that’s on the sign. Lots of nosey neighbors. you cannot park in empty lots parking at all. And there’s no parking on the street after like 8 o’clock or your car gets towed. And they use a certain type of company who loves to tell people from their seems like the guys just waiting for them to call him daily.

I feel like they are trying to push families out. Lot rent goes up nearly every year. Management changes yearly.
