I looked at other communities and homes first, but Im really glad I chose PR. Its quiet and people are friendly; it is also safe and well maintained. I love my new home -- it really suits me! The only negative is that the community does not have a swimming pool (please build one)! Oh, and I need someone to mow my grass -- for free of course!

The community residents are fantastic. But the park manger and personnel have not fulfilled their obligations in improving lot conditions which is horrid since you actually have to comply with their mandated mowing levels yet you could literally kill yourself in the massive holes and ruts. As of this date they also can not submit information to the correct email address after being notified of the correct email address for the last 8 months

Located in Springfield, Illinois, Pheasant Run is a beautifully landscaped gated community in a country setting. Residents enjoy a private residential community and the convenience of a 5 minutes drive to the heart of downtown Springfield.

We bought a home here and we absolutely love the community. The nights are peaceful and quiet and the residents here are wonderful people. Zack and Carol in the office are so nice and made the process of buying our home fun and easy. We are beyond happy to call this community home.

I moved in one month ago. It is like a hidden gem. quiet, peaceful, and you feel very safe. Its the first place in a long time that all the neighbors wave and say hello. What a refreshing change. Thanks Zach!!!

I just bought a mobile home from Zach at FR community. Zach is a great sales manager and really takes pride in his job and the community. He works hard to find you a home that fits your needs and your happy with. He will do all he can to get you financing. I didnt need financing paid out right for it. They take pride in the community.It is a very well up kept and quiet community. This is the best community to live in in Springfield,Illinois. I have not seen a better,nicer or more up kept community. Only downfall is it has a community center(pavilion) that is not used . I would love to see it used for tenant family gatherings and for like a Friday or Saturday night karaoke or live dj for the community to get together and a swimming pool and play ground area for the tenant grandchildren visiting to be taken to.
