Ive never been here but Ive seen the advertisement on Facebook and Im highly interested for my family but do they allow pets because we have one dog and she is a chicken lol she is a German Shepherd big ol baby

I’ve lived out for 8 years now and I think it gets better every year. It’s quiet and I have no issues. We currently have the best maintenance team we’ve ever had. Jimmy and Larry go out of their way to take care of the people who live out here. Keep up the good work guys!

My mother has lived there for 8 years now. My mom is disabled and a widow. My mom has paid her rent and water bill every month since moving in. The management is bullying her. They threaten to kick her out because they did not not charge her the right amount on her water bill. I have copies of all payments my mother has made to them. They refuse to talk to me but they will call my mom and bully her. Everyone that works for this park is rude and hateful.

Management is terrible and so are the tenants. Maintenance guys are good though.

Would never recommend anyone to live here...not even enemies

Beautiful clean and friendly environment kids have a playground and theyre is a fishing pond! I was very impressed with the quality of the homes in the area

Love my home! The maintenance guys are on top of it! Larry and Jimmy go out of their way to help everyone in the park rentals or home owners. Had an issue with a speed bump by my house it was fixed right away!!!! Way to go Larry and Jimmy thanks for making this place awesome ️

I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm this Saturday and when I showed up nobody was here so I could see the places theyve got hopefully they call back to reschedule.. I just dont understand why they would schedule an appointment and not be here..

Have had nothing but a horrible experience with the maintenance here. We are renting and they are suppose to do our air filters every month and we waited months for them to do it. Since we moved here our screen door tension spring was put on backwards so the door wouldn’t shut properly and was put on at an angle. We have told maintenance since day one and never got it fixed, so my spouse took it off and took it to the office for them to fix it because it has been 6 MONTHS. Now they want to charge us $50 for taking it off bc they never fixed it in the first place. But you always see the maintenance guys hanging around the park or sitting in peoples houses on the clock just talking and chilling even at a friend of mines place here at Lincoln place. So tell me how we are getting charged for taking the door off for them to fix it when my spouse did half the work for you. Also maintenance said we ripped it off it’s hinges when we unscrewed it and is well intact. But us renters are in the wrong for wanting things done to our house that we RENT!

Like any place, it has its issues. Of late it seems anything with $$ can rent. (Was only purchased homes when i moved here)I will say the maintenance guys do a grear job of keeping the place clean and repaired. Every am someone has thrown out their garbage on street. More than once i have seen Jimmy and Larry out there picking up after the slobs. Thanks guys, we do notice and you are appreciated.

Drove in to deliver some gifts to my grandson. Encountered people pushing a stalled car being pushed by several men. It was helpful but had to weave around running vehicles that had been left in the street. Neighbors yelling and threatening one another. Was glad to leave.

And you guys really need to do something about the thousands of pot holes

Terribly mismanaged and the maintenance does nothing but complain and say its not their job.

Lincoln place has it’s perks and downfalls. Downfalls when they sold the property to Yes Communities it seems like no one knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. The perks as a homeowner the maintenance team doesn’t have to do anything for us but Jimmy and Larry will go out of their way to help us if we need it and that’s anytime day or night.

The roads in that place are horrible the potholes will rip a tire off your vehicle

First off i have been a resident for over 6 years i purchased my trailer from them and it took 13 months after that to receive my title, that was one problem, water constantly having problems and being shut off, the only park improvements were buying them a big new fancy office instead of making necessary repairs that would benefit the residents at all, so over all would not recommend this park horrible experiences all the time

It didnt impress me

Been there twice. Looks like a nice quiet place. All trailers have to be shingle roof and vinyl siding. Few people that I saw that live there seemed like nice people. There is a playground and a bus stop for kids up by the office. Internet is Mediacom. Lot Rent is 337(?) plus water/sewer/trash so maybe 400(?) plus electric and gas which are both Ameren.

Friend lives there. Cant say much about it, expect the speed bumps need fixed.

This mobile home park has cleaned up since getting new owners and its a very quite almost country type area

Was just there to visit Daughter, she seems to really like it there.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE, THEY WERE VERY KIND RIGHT UP UNTIL I GAVE THEM THE DOWN PAYMENT HARASSMENT EVERY SINCE!!! DONT NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE

The roads are crappy. The management harasses you over the littlest things. The water bill is outrageous (its charged by the park along with rent.)Update: The roads are still crummy, the only fix that Ive seen is installation of speed bumps that are already falling apart. There are large potholes and large areas with crappy drainage that make flooded areas during any heavy rains.They regularly are working on the water system (for which they still greatly overcharge and seems to keep going up) and there are frequent water outages during the day and boil orders.
