I went to drive by a unit that is available to check out the area, and almost got hit by a dark green truck. The driver cussed me out and said he runs the park. I wouldnt bother filling out an application here.

This place is ran by the same management of Northbrook on North peoria. They do not listen to thier residents. I know they can see my reviews. Ive called several times with complaints. I havent lived here long and a whole post of problems havent been taken care of. My toilet doesnt work, my door is off the hinges(it wasnt even screwed in all the way, it literally fell off 1st time I opened it.) My water heater does not work properly. I cant take longer than a 10 minute shower before it goes completely cold.If in the event the owner would like to address these things, Id be more than happy to remove both reviews Ive left. Until then, I will update accordingly.Do not live here.

Park management works really well with residents. They keep the parks clean and safe. It’s a nice quite place in a great school district.

HORRIBLE! INCONSIDERATE! HAS NO KNOWLEDGE! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE INVOLVED AND I WILL BRING THIS PLACE DOWN! EVICTING RESIDENTS OVER THEIR HEALTH CONCERNS THAT THEY ARE LIVING IN AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING. THERE WILL BE LEGAL ACTION TAKEN.

This place is a joke lived there for 2yrs promised to fix the roads the light mailboxes never happened changed the rules whenever they want to take to people that they r dogs put untreated mulch at the park if it wets it will mold and make the people sick. I would rather live my car before living there

Some tenants have to buy water for drinking because of high lead and iron levels in their system and have been told the owners have no intention of putting in new water lines. They are cutting down all of the cost cutting shade trees. Roving Tow truck snags your vehicle if you are on the streets after 10pm.

Owner of park is a tight wad who doesnt want to do anything to fix up the park. Pretty much scum landlord. If I could afford to move I would be gone in a heartbeat.

Management is turning around. We are working hard to improve our community. Big changes around the parks. The workers are doing an excellent job at keeping up with all the repairs.

The basketball court doesnt have rims, most ofnthe streets arent paved, owners are super up themselves, and again, THEN HOOPS DONT HAVE RIMS, STOP BEING CHEAP THEYRE LIKE 20 BUCKS AT MENARDS

Its quiet, but the roads often need work and, as there are no streetlights, it just doesnt feel safe after dark.

Good community at times. Most the people are nice that live in the park. Management isnt the best, this place isnt anything to brag on, they dont communicate well with the people. They keep raising the rent each year. They tell you one thing and do something else. To many people trying to manage the place and the owners live out of state which they cant run it well because they dont want to talk with the people that live there. Its not a good way to run a business were people live to make it better for the people. Theres alot of issues and rules are only for some and arent the same for all. Either they like you and will work with you or they dont and dont care. Its sad. I have no good thing to say for the Park and I lived there for 10 years, they made it hard, they raised the rent each year for the last 6years I was there, Im buying a house for less than rent and I owned my trailer the lot rent keep going up and up. Theyd let people move in that shouldnt have, they have you supposably do a background check and if you dont pass they keep your money and they were doing that to a lot of people people that didnt have backgrounds they wouldnt let move in people with bad backgrounds they did so much drama that they would bring in. So much more I could tell you. They will tow vehicles away they are in cahoots with a towing person and they supposedly have these rules where you cant park out on the road at a certain time but yet theyll sneak in and take your vehicle, oh my its a mess. A very big mess. I dont recommend. And the people running this are also the ones that run Northbrook same thing owner lives out of town, how can you run a business from thousands of miles away from a business,it doesnt work..
