Nice quiet community. A Great place to live

Tom and Zach are wonderful. They really go that extra mile to make their residents feel welcome. 5 star service!

Zach sold us our place and he made purchases so easy. Even with our bad credit we got approved and the community is improving with new homes everyday

Zach is an outstanding example of recognizing people and opportunities not to be passed by. In not only selling a home but also selling business opportunities to someone that may or may not be looking for one. And they have outstanding homes available and a choice of lots and locations. It would be and outstanding opportunity for a great place to live and grow a thriving business. Great personnel also round out the staff.

The place never calls back. Didn’t have the decency to tell me we weren’t approved. We pointed out a couple things on a place we gonna buy and we had the money ready and all. Then we find out the made a new description of the place with a higher price and included the things we pointed out that weren’t in the previous description. Also upped the price and couldn’t even tell us or call us back. Very unprofessional place of business.

Landlord names Tom at this place tore up my Plumbing causing it to leak and then charged me for the leak.Absolutely would not suggest this place

Very nice community. Very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and no issue has ever been addressed that hasnt been readily resolved. I feel very safe here and its nice and quiet. I highly recommend Oakwood Estates for anyone looking into a manufactured home community.

Nice trailor park.

My wife and I were just cruising around and checking out garage sales going on in that community and noticed how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. Clean and manicured front lawns.Nice place to call home.

Pretty quiet park speed bumps will keep you in check okay slow down and stay on your side and its not too bad have a nice day

Its nice and clean. Yards are fairly well sized. Some newer and older homes. Some with and without carports. Sheads are a bit small but you can bring in your own. Your allowed a pool but a small one that can be dumped every day. Management and maintenance people are friendly and helpful.

I dont dont know how, but a review i wrote a ways back was published under the name of shaners towing. That company has no reponresponsib for that review but i do. Oakwood is a safe, quiet & family friendly place to live. I absolutely love it here!!!! Nice neighbors, no drama, no crime. The best!!!

Eh.We’ve had a fallen tree in our back yard since May 22nd. The same tree that was close to hitting my moms room.They said they’d refit our front door and never did.But let’s see how long until they call my mom or her roommate to tell me to either come to the office or for them to tell me to take this review down, AGAIN.

Speed bumps to talk, furniture under carports. Poor lighting on roadways, when it snows, roads are never plowed but yet they have trucks with plows on them.All in all, not worth half star. I can see why people moving out of that park.

Carol and Kevin are absolutely amazing. Love the new playground!

Good place to start off on your own the office managers are super cool and one of the pluses of living here

Under new management, they tell you one thing than it changes later..no one takes responsibility and have someone check your pipes and drains before you buy!

I have a niece who lives in the trailer park and it is nice.

I live here and love it!

The people whom live here and traffic in general drive too fast. They do not enforce any of their rules and regulations. Alot of the people are very disrespectable to the neighbors. Drivers run stop signs like they are not even there. It is ashame. Alot of the lighting does not work. The mail box,s alot of them look like hell.

Should worry about getting rid of all your drug dealers you have living in there. And fixing the jank roads. This place has turned to trash.

Live here and its not the best. They are working on it, but still have issues with the people who work in the office.

The speed bumps are a little tall, so careful with low to ground vehicles. Clean, and very friendly staff.

Horrible place to live park owns are just after your money. Oh and most of all now we have people getting murdered here and no one even calls the cops cause we hear gun shots all day

By far the worst trailer broke I’ve ever been to in my entire life hate this place I could even get in honestly not gonna lie if I could meet the owner that set up that awesome secured assessment punch him in the face because I couldn’t even get into solicit my goods I’m a solicitor/Peteler and I couldn’t pedal my damn good at this place can get in come to Cameras

The yards are well-kept. Watch out for many speed bumps. I saw only one entrance. Units are close together.
