This place is a total dump I lived in it for like 10 yrs now and my parents still live there and they like it, but i didnt bc i got told by a kid that he was gonna break into my house and i told i wish u would bro

From what I could tell it was nice. I did get lost, but i was visiting and not from there

This park used to be family friendly oriented, but since section 8 was allowed by timeout communities; the new owners, this place has become the new govt housing projects. Theres alot of darkness in here, always trash on the grounds everywhere, noisy & loud foul mouthed kids running the streets up to no good, loud music, & crime has increased. Oh & the nighttime visits by the wolves coming out of timberline. I lived here 22 years & seen many changes both good & bad. Its been on the downhill slide for couple years now & not a nice place to live. Corporate owned & in it for the money, not the greater good of the people. So glad I moved!

Underpar compared with other trailer parks. This one is undermaintained and looks as if the owner does not care about the asthetic or functionality of this community.

The previous owner and now manager of this park is only out for money does not care about the people that live here its more of a reputation type thing with her and its just a horrible place because of her! The park would be so much better and if people would be happier if she wasnt in it

I like the woody country feel of it versus where i came from where i had views of metal buildings. Park is nice under new ownership.Ive only lived here 3 years but i have had no one ever bother me or try to break in. There are workers in here all time constantly trying to fix things up. They also started mowing, so we dont have to do that anymore and being an older woman, i am happy. Please dont believe everything you read, some of these reviews sound so ridiculous. No place is perfect, of course, but its just as good as most other places in Springfield.

This place is overpriced, they rip off their tenants on their water bills and just complete trash! The front of the mobile home park looks nice with the newer mobile homes, however, the rest of it has pretty much gone to the dogs!

The park is making it better to live here by cleaning up but rent just went up to 405 a month a 50$ for water now fix income now I have to go on a big diet and walk every place I go. I have a friend lives in Chicago and will pay less rent then I will it getting way out of hand running good people off now

Weve been here for ten years and the lot rent has always been reasonable. Today we received a letter from the new management that informed us our lot rent is increasing from 335 to 405 dollars a month (a 70 dollar increase) and we are also going to get charged for water which I am assuming might be close to 50 dollars so with an increase of almost 125 dollars a month to live here, a lot of people who are living paycheck to paycheck, or people on a strict budget like my husband and I, are going to have a difficult time.

Place is a dump.they let in section 8 now.junk mobile homes.siding is falling off on alot of them.its getting dangerous.these new owners time out communitys have made a crime zone outta this place.they should be in jail.

Ive been living here for almost 2 years. Never had any problems with crime, its quiet & nice. I enjoy living here.

Poor management. Trash.

Beware this place. If you have any issues caused by them you will get threatened and then eviction before they even think of fixing anything. And they will do anything including illegal acts to steal your house from you and resell it. The news has even done a story on the owners, and beware capitol storage and boondocks as the manager owns them and will screw you over any way possible

The park was purchased by new owners in, approximately, October, 2013, so the older statements dont matter, any more. I never met the old, bad owner. I bought a great home, for a very good price, and the owners are very, very active in the beautification of the village. The new owners have already made a big difference, and if you live there, but have a trashy yard or home, I bet you wont be there, long, thank goodness. My home and lot are clean, and good looking, and Ive seen several other new, nice ones added recently.

I lived here back in 09 and it was a damn mess! No one carried, the roads were horrible and management didnt care!! Since the new owners took over they redid the roads, kicked out everyone that was causing problems, being loud, not paying rent, or caring for their house/yard. The owners are very visible & you can tell the difference now. Carol the owner plays no games & will tell you flat out she doesnt! She demands the lots be kept up & if you cause problems you get a warning then the next time your out! Its definitely a place to stay when your grown, working, have a family, and live a normal life. If your one that parties, loud, fights with your spouse all the time, have bad kids, or lives nasty I wouldnt waste your time or money because she will kick you out. Ive been her a few years and I love it.

Good landlord repairing the damage from years of neglect from former landlord. Bringing in new structures, tearing down bad ones etc.

Just a junky trailer park. There are better around Springfield.

This court has gone to the dumps... i dont know if u were paid for that statement but it is very clearly wrong if you drove through here. the only patches in these roads they have and have had for twenty years btw, is asphalt patching..and home-made chipped up speed bumbs. if got to drive like its a maze to not screw my suspension or tires up. the court is geting emptier daily it seems and more ghetto. the pond is always mossed up n clean... and no excuse for owning even twenty parks..thats a very poor choice to say that.. a successful real-estate person owning anything, would know to have it moving better and hired enough staff to keep it maintenenced and updated. the water plumbing has gone to crap. i mean the list goes on... i give it a few years before its considered dangerous to live here. and yes i live here myself people. and no they are only responsive to matters that benefit them financially, or to deliver letters of random inflated bills.
