My husband and I stayed here from January 2018 to November 2018. While we were there I came under new on site management. The new manager is vindictive. Harassing with write ups that were lies. She flirts with any Man then turns it when she tellsvher boyfriend who then barges into the persons home without knocking and threatens the guy. As far as up keep this is a junkyard for mobile homes. The grass gets cut when its knee high. The laundry room has 1 good dryer, 2 soso dryers, 1thats bearings are going out and 3 broken ones and 1that is good if it works. They have been like this since before we moved in 11months ago. The bathrooms and Showers are usually pretty nasty. The manager loses the mail box key for R. V packages and will only conveniently find them when the post office is ready to break into it. Or she will tell you she thought it went to someone else and just had your name on it. She would hand me my mail and tell me what was in it. Her boyfriend is constantly bumming cigarettes or having their oldest kids come bum cigarettes off other smokers. They also asked for things for my emotional support dog that legally they cant ask for. She bad mouths tenants over Social media. She called me a disabled old hags among other stuff. So trust me the cheap rent is not worth the hell.

It is a old mobile home park it has very low water pressure. I paid for one month had to leave after nine days they would not give any money back.

This place is a dive. Majority of lots have abandoned delapitated trailers. People who are there appear to be permanent and at the bottom of the socioeconomic members of society. Stayed there in March of 2019 only because everywhere else was booked. While walking our dog on leash the managers Husky that runs loose in the park viciously attacked our dog. After spending thousands to save her she ultimately had to be put down. The manager and her husband signed an agreement to pay the vet expenses. We got one payment before we had to return to Michigan and nothing after that. They do not respond to calls or texts. The managers are slimeballs and the park is scary.

Have to many tore up mobile homes. Maintence man Jim is great office lady is really great. Quiet park. Everyone is really nice just wish owners would take pride.

Iiving here has changed my life in so many ways. We went from being homeless to now having our own place and become manager of the park. We have made great friends and have lost friends. We make this park quiet and safe for anyone who comes in we treat everyone with respect. I myself have grown with this park in so many ways as an individual and as a woman in business. This park makes me wana grow in management business and i look forward to helping more ppl in need. From someone coming from a horrible life to bloom into a better one has been the best experience ive had in my whole life. Im greatful for this park and for the ppl who run it. We have the best rates in town for A great price, we might not look perfect but it sure is peaceful. Im glad our business has been growing more and more by the days shows we take care of our customers just like we like to! Come on down we have so much more room!!!

Local management is awesome, as are the people there... but there is some upper management that loves to mess with tenants, and leaves the place in total disarray. Bathrooms frequently broken, roads are trashed, and not all the outlets even work.
