Trailers are not keept well roads have pot holes all over the park

I found this park, through my 85 year old Grandmother and 90 year old Grandfather. They have lived at the park for a few years. This place is fantastic. With all the rules. I love the background checks, it makes me feel just a little safer, knowing that the community is all held to the same standards. My nieces and nephews love to ride thier bikes around, so I feel safer knowing, we were all background checked. All the maintenance staff was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done with certain things, I was having issues with. The pool is well kept, and love the security cameras around the office. The manager in the office, is always so polite and helpful. I am so glad this place was recommended, and I recommend to others.

This place they need to fix their entry driveway it could ruin your tires potholes everywhere

Extremely unprofessional woman in the office. She harrases the people that live there. The park is fairly empty and dilapidated. The road ways are full of pot holes. Extremely unfriendly and abrasive. If you have a guest stay even 1 night she wants to be paid 35 bucks to have a credit check done. If you have more than 1 car at your home you will get harassed about it. She spies on the residents and threatens people that are minding their own business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Tracey (sp) in the office is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful! I have lived here going on 4 months and I have not had any problems! I always feel safe when outside and even taking the trash out in the evening. She always makes sure there are community dinners for everyone and the office is always decorated with seasonal decor! My kids always love seeing what they are putting up for decor! And not to mention the pool is amazing in the summer months! Always clean and landscaped beautifully, no trash ect.

When you visit awesome people, youll have a great time. This a nice quite Mobile Home Park.

Nast place dropped off a family member a d was not to happy.

I visited a friend there and was absolutely shocked.Besides the streets and grounds being in total disrepair, the park is inundated with illegal aliensx-cons, and drug dealers and addicts .There are regular brawls, shootings and other criminal activity there.The so-called management does absolutely nothing to stem any of it and has bullied and intimidated the decent residents.What is happening there is nothing short of criminal.

Roads & other areas/ rentals in need of serious attention. Rent keeps going up yet no improvemtents. Go see for yourself.
