This place is a little run down and in a not so safe area of town but provides housing at an inexpensive rate.

Five-star place love this place management takes care of anything that goes wrong right away no waiting very very nice place. Five washing machines for dryers never broken down

This place can use some improvement. It is not a bad place(not a 5 star park) the rate is average for the area. It is very convenient it is in walking distance to shopping and there is 4 restaurants nearby too.

Drove through today april 21, 2020, place looks to be in poor shape, lots of weeds, kind of scary.

I applied there twice. Even making way then enough $ for the asking price of a bunch of run down not fixing anything park. I unfortunately no the manager and if you run across or maybe did something what they think is wrong as a family running it. You have no chance.. STAY AWAY. apartment are way better with way better offers and things actually get fixed. I heard from many people I know that lived there on how it is. NOT PLEASENT AT ALL.

Its a nice little place if youre a snowbird and you want to get away from the cold weather hot there

My brother has lived there for years quiet little trailer park its kind of getting rag raggedy though

This is a very nice place to live close to storz management is wonderful.

There aint a chart rating low enough for this place, the staff is very rude, showers are broken so are the sinks also very dirty no toilet paper and bugs everywhere. Theres always screaming, and cussing from other trailers parked around and everyone is constantly moving out cause there smart and have the money to move. I was forced too leave one star to post this beileve me they do not deserve it. Also there trailers are very trashy and run down with graffiti and broken windows.

Just letting everyone know if you have kids don’t rent from these people. This lady just pretty much said this is okay to rent to people. The “new fridge “ has mold. The new stove still has food on it and clearly it hasn’t been cleaned. This isn’t even a private owner this is from bel Aire leasing office for cloud 9. Oh and she’s “the manager “ . They said they shampooed the carpets but as you can see there’s still animal hair, gum, dirt. When we brought this to their attention they acted like it was a shock that they hadn’t seen it. When I asked why would you rent something out you haven’t seen yet, take people’s money, and just run with it, her excuse was they don’t see it until we sign the lease!!! I couldn’t do anything but laugh at this point, anywho stay away from these slum lords we only picked this place because I heard they were cleaning the neighborhood up. Lesson definitely learned, oh and if you guys have a million dollar lawyer why can’t you guys even take stickers off a wall??

If you have a rv its not a bad place to hook up for a night or longer. But the park it self needs some improvement badly.

It needs to be cleaned up. The brush is taking over just a little bit.

They are very rude, manger or who ever runs it watches you and like to start fights with the residents.

No stars for this. Broken sewage pipes, run down abandoned trailers, feral cats running around and cockroaches all over the place.

Ive lived in several places here in S.V. but this place is the best ppl mind there own biz here no cop callers or noisy nabiors. The management here is firm but stays away unless your the type not to pay. I love this place awesome showers for us rvers and pretty much smack dab in the middle of everything important.

Needs a lot of fixing up. Would be a nice place.
