4 and 1/2 stars for now...The park is under new management, and all kinds of painting and other fixing up older trailers is going on right now. Hoping to call one of the trailers my own in the near future.... The park will be a nice community when they are done

I have been here since January and well how do I put this nicely... I tried to get the lot next to me because there are trees that have been planted there at least 20+ years and the park owner has decided to cut them down. So now I am worried that when they up root them something under my home may bust and if it does then whose fault is it.. Theirs.. but no it will end up being mine. This community does not accommodate to disabled elderly people very well either. It seems to always be an issue. My advice to anyone dont make the mistake of coming here because of the good deal... because there isnt a good deal here. It has been more of a hassle than anything else. If I knew then what I know now I would have stayed far away. Do I recommend coming here... HELL NO!!!

Its been under new management and the sign hasnt changed yet. But they have been working on remodeling the older trailers for more appeal. Has a nice court yard area. Would be nice if there were benches or something along that idea to enjoy in there.

Only giving four stars as it is has new owner and he has alot of changes planned to improve the park and make it more inviting and welcoming and I feel he is going to do it
