This place is hiding in the middle of Shoreline. There are some unique views from the walking trail and around the pond. Ducks, squirrels, and some stellars Jay live around and can be seen. Amenities include a bathroom, soccer field, playground and a little dock with picknick tables. If you can forgive the intrusive sound of i5 this place can be thoroughly enjoyed. The kids love climbing trees.

The park is sort of unique. There is an amazing turf soccer field with newish LED nights for night games. At the South end there is a community garden which my kids love to visit and tennis courts. Over on the North end there is the playground and occasionally it will be soggy due to poor drainage. And due west are the ponds with decent walking trails.

As far as the park goes, its fine. Trails are nice except for when the water is high. Gets partly flooded and muddy when wet. One trail had a makeshift bridge crossing a river that was blocking the trail. The bridge was half underwater and very slippery. The playfield was located next to the ponds, which caused problems when the ball rolled out of bounds. It often rolled into the dense forest next to the field and had to be retrieved, taking up game time and being just downright annoying. I highly dont recommend playing a game here.

Though its not the largest park in Shoreline (and def not the smallest), it has a wonderful variety of amenities and outdoor settings ranging from the soccer field to the almost wild areas around the ponds where people capture often surprising wildlife photos. Nearly centered in Shoreline its easy to get to and find.

Its a nice park to hang out with family and friends. It has a pond where you can just enjoyed watching them ducks swim. Only two slot bathroom in each men and women bathroom. No doors. Mean no privacy. You get nervous using them. It has play ground for kids too.

Wildlife watchers dream location. Healthy stream, pond, hiking trail. Park staff clean every morning thoroughly & throughout the day. Avoid the piles where leaf blower combines debris. Am a dogwalker who has visited this park weekly for 8 years. I feel safe walking alone here. Aegis, Community Garden, soccer field, tennis courts, arboretum, playground and public bathrooms. List of animals seen: otter, heron, crane, several diving birds like loons, mallard, wood duck, grebe. Muskrat, pack rat. Turtles, frogs, fish, kingfisher bird, dragon flies. Black, huckle, & salmon berries. Shaded, single file footbridge at second pond with many trees for kids to climb. My teen even enjoys the little hike around both ponds

Tucked away little playground, ball fields, and a small Creek with bridge. Updated playground with sponge floor although bark floor for the swings. The restrooms are clean and nice but need a changing table. Drinking Water fountain is broken (if you use those). Also the playground has a big and small jungle gym for all ages of kids. Music, number and letter activities. Lots of off street parking (although there was a pile of trash off to the side of it that smelled) grounds crews were there doing cleaning and maitanance. Could use a few more areas to sit.

This is our neighborhood park weve been taking our 2 year old to since she was born and we could not ask for a better park! The nature trail is the perfect slice of woodsy paradise. I really appreciate the stewards who focus on cleaning up weeds & replanting native plants weekly. Weve seen ducks, cranes(?), turtles, frogs, and rabbits. Great play area for kids, lots of green space for dogs to roam, pea patch and little free library are adorable. We love Twin Ponds!

Small but very nice, complex neighborhood park. It has a ball field, restrooms, a jungle gym style ship, complete with a bridge and wheel, swings and wooded paths through a mix of native plants and ornamentals. There is an on-going dedicated crew of volunteers removing blackberry and other non-native invasives. We are having a lot of success, but its a very long labor of love! Contact the Native Plant Society to volunteer or just come by the stream in the SE corner to see!

Expect to be hassled by the police on bycicles if youre homeless during broad daylight. I have found syringes, their is also litter found often. Bags of trash are often layed next to the parking lot to the entrance where animals dig in and make a mess everywhere. Shows a real lack of pride for an area of community!

Nice little walking park with childrens area and soccer field. Lots of local wildlife including great blue herons, wood ducks, mallards, turtles, looms, squirrels, etc. Two adjoining ponds with a figure 8 trail that surrounds them both - approximately a mile. Easy flat walking with a bridge that lets you view both ponds simultaneously and a look out with picnic tables. BBQs scattered around the park.

The condition of the field is alright, but whats dangerous is the size of the soccer field. Because of its small dimensions sloppy play can be very dangerous.
