I like to walk here 5 days a week. There are so many choices and trails to follow. It never gets old seeing the owl or piliated woodpeckers.
Nicely maintained trails to walk around on. It wasn’t too crowded and parking on the street was easy and close. Stick to the main trails unless you don’t mind getting a little dirty. It’s a little hilly, so ok for kids who have lots of energy, but maybe not great for those of all ages who aren’t as steady on their feet.I heard a couple of owls, saw a rabbit and could hear lots of birds chirping. Overall, this was a very fun and easy almost-hike.
Find the lake and you will be rewarded. find the lookout spot hidden in plain sight and youll feel time stop. everything is tucked away. this park feels like a long winding dream at times.
Put on your boots and go mobbing thru Boeing Creek! I love this place.
This is a great place in the city where you can get your dogs to be out and socialized with other dogs. All the owners seem to be courteous and a lot will keep their dogs on leash to protect their dog is under full control, even though its an off leash park. Very unique has some fun piano to play and a lot of water :) a lot of community :)
One of my favorite dog parks. Long and lean. Dog people. Clean up on your own. Water jugs, portapotties. Behind Shoreline CC. Lots of trees, but no grass.Worth the drive.
One of our favorite parks in the Seattle area. Its a hidden gem. In addition to the spacious green spaces, we love hiking along Boeing Creek. It definitely feels as if youre in a remote forest while hiking in this park. We frequent this place often and its a great getaway that our whole family enjoys.
Really pretty but didnt get to go in the park so dont know whats it like on the inside
Love this giant park that connects to Boeing Creek Park. Hidden lake is a true gem. I wish the first paths were in better shape. There is also a giant field, tennis courts, dog park and a playground.
One of the best local trails to go with kids. Wide enough. Pretty enough. Quite busy though. And a lake... With baby ducks :)
This park is large with quite a few trails throughout. There is a fenced in off leash dog park, tennis courts, playing fields and a playground.
Awesome small trails, my 1 year old daughter was able to walk a good stretch of one of the trails by herself expect for a few parts that were too steep for her. Awesome dog park as well.
New playground (though the pandemic has spoiled testing it out), great grassy baseball field to play in, many trails to hike through and wonderful blackberry picking in early August.
There is a nice trail system that is kind of hidden. I go here a lot to get some physical activity in.
The park itself is great...... The people not so much. Typical shoreline.
Its bigger than it looks from the pictures. Pretty nice view you cant find elsewhere too.
Its a beautiful getaway in the middle of the city. If you need an escape from the busy traffic take a little hike. Youll feel like you are out in the middle of the forest.
Love this Park.Soooo much.
I love the different options in trails. Can easily become a 1 hour or 2 hour hike. Easy to follow but terrain is different as seasons change.
There are signs EVERYWHERE to leash your dog, yet no one does. I even confronted someone about their dogs aggressively coming after my leashed dog and their response was ya...they dont really do leashes here. This place is filled to the brim with White Shoreline privledge, and doesnt have any space for anyone else.
Beautiful walking trail, great for a short urban hike.
Peaceful wooded area to walk in. Some magnificent cedar a fortress.
A beautiful place to walk with the family.
Beautiful. Peaceful. One of the few places you can experience complete silence in the city. This park is an experience.
This broad, expansive park gets plenty of sun year-round. A small grove of Evergreens lead to shade, a hidden lake, and a hilly set trails in the Boeing Creek system. Park includes public bathrooms, tennis courts, ballfields, and more. Also, this park has handicap-accessible parking and sidewalks.
Green and clean. Nice flat short hike if you want that and a few steeper ones too.
I enjoyed every minute at this park and its trail. Don’t forget to go the hidden lake!!
Great park, nice little hiking trails. Two different play structures for the kids. If you are feeling brave theres a hidden pond down a little trail. Gorgeous bit of nature right in the middle of Shoreline. There are a lot of open spaces and people had dogs off leash in clearly marked leash areas. Doesnt bother me much, but fair warning.
Im hesitant to shed light on this underused place. Some amazing trails with up and down hill. Some run by a creek and ends up at a small pond. The wildlife and scenery is unbeatable. One of my new found favorite parks to take the kids. The playground is excellent too.
Great park to explore, be aware that part of the trail to hidden lake is gone
Cute path and dog park
Nice place to take dogs
Beautiful piece of nature right next to the Community College.Amazing little trains looping through both parks.(Shoreline & Boeing.)Sounds of birds chirping, water rushing within the creek, and the wrestling of the leaves in the wind.Amazing to go for a quick hike to get lost.
Beautiful forgotten Forrest feeling. Kind of an unexpected largeness to the area. It goes up and down just as much as across, and there is a beautiful Creek bed at the bottom near 175th. Good place to get lost for a little while. Greatly appreciated the time I spent passing g through this place
So many trails to try! I love the long dog run and just exploring. Just be sure to have a reliable flea spray or flea comb on hand; the topical flea treatments don’t work on these hardy PNW pests.
Gorgeous walk very
Ball fields, dog park, and some lovely trails through the woods. Beware many dogs off leash on the trails. Also at least one loop trail isnt really a loop. Popular with families and dog owners.
Id normally give this 5 stars, but some of the trails are washed out due to winter rains. I hope the parks dept is able to make improvements as we get closer to spring!
Nice place on a clear day.
Dog park. trails. playground. all amazing :)
Could use more trash cans since people seem to be too lazy to walk 100 meters to the garbage bin. Few people follow the on-leash rule outside the dog park so if you have an aggressive dog dont walk here. People are generally respectful (except for the people who participate in the tennis events. They dont seem to want to share the park with anyone else.)
Great park with beautiful old growth trees... Disappointed to see trash and graffiti on trees, lets do our part to keep the few remaining natural habitats in the urban area intact and free of vandalism.
Its a really pretty park. I love the trails and bringing my dog here
Great pickleball tournament
Lost my keys here today. Anyone find them?
Fun for kids but not so much young adults
Great trails and friendly people. Awesome trails for exercise, you have to go out the back gate.
Love the trails here
What an awesome park! With a creek running through it and a waterfront, this is a gorgeous place to go for a hike with your dog, your friends, your husband--or all of the above all together. Its a gorgeous spot.
It was pretty, trail branches need to be relabeled and more signage would be appreciated. Trails need some clean-up. Had a reasonable time and enjoyed it for the most part.
Awesome park but I really wasnt prepared for how extreme the trails could be at times. I took my young toddler and most of the times I had to carry him because the trails either had cliff like sides or we were trying to traverse the creek.
It feels like youre walking through the forest! Nice place to take a walk & have lunch at the lake.
This park has everything!! Trails, playgrounds and even dog park! Cant believe it is so close to the city!
This is one of the many highlights of Shoreline,WA. Its a beautiful nature path with a lake and creek. Its a perfect trail for running. The trail I run on is about 1.8 miles.
Wonderful experience. Easy and free parking. Plan to visit again soon
Clean, well taken care of with lots of parking. Went there on a rainy day so trails were a little muddy and with leaves falling can get a little slippery. But I will be bringing my dogs back again.
This local gem offers a bountiful amount of trails, a sweet little stream, a lake and plenty of trees to keep you cool on a hot day!
Clean not too crowded
Fine dog park in a pinch but there are a lot better ones close by.
Take a walk on the wild side of Shoreline Community College, and you’ll find yourself in one of the coolest green spaces in the whole Seattle metro area. Plenty of trails, trees, and photo ops. Really gives you an impression of what must’ve been all throughout the region before concrete and asphalt got poured. Check it out if you’re in need of some tranquility. This is the right place.
Great place to walk your dogs or just take a small hike
Pretty local park
Great trails and easy access to a dog park. One trail has been eroded by the stream. Its marked if youre coming from the East, but not coming from the West. Be prepared to turn around so you do not erode it more.
Big grassy fields and great play structures
Sweet yet complicated this little park of urban forest and trails. There are several trails that cobbled together make close to a 2.8 mile loop or if you get creative over 3 miles. This excursion comes complete with a babbling brook and a duck pond. Taken together it is a close to home natural retreat to get out and get the heart pumping. The longest parts of the hike are not easy and have some complex technical features that the creaky knee club may not do well. Use your good hiking shoes
Love hiking in the woods peaceful & so beautiful
I went on a trail there and they broke the glass of my car and stole my purse with documents and money. I do not recommend.
Old Growth Forrest in Seattle awesome trails
Nice trails leading to a tranquil pond, along a river, and through the woods. Nice playground, plenty of parking, and well- maintained facilities.
An absolute jewel of a park
Urban hiking with marvelous elevations and variety on the trail
Its great if you like the smell of doggie wee-wee
Gorgeous nature with a few old growth trees.
The trails to the creek are easy enough for young ones and offer lots to see. The playground is a fun space for big and little kiddos
Wild local adventures
Love it. It is very large. With various fun areas for dogs to climb long and open for chasing balls and a large covered table area for poeple.
Creek hike is a fun trail, my daughter loved the rock hopping.
I love Shoreview, as long as the college students dont make it impossible to park. ;) This place is great there is a real sense of community and the improvements to the park are wonderful. They now have a covered spot, so at least you wont need a bath after the dog park. Fiddo on the other hand...
Good place to call if need a place in a pinch. Very nice lady in the office. Room was nice. We couldnt get the television to work and The lady came and took it off the programming to television setting by the last person that stayed. The only negative is that the floors were really, really dirty. Didnt know when the floors, including the disability bathroom, had been mopped or the carpet cleaned last. We got there later in the evening so didnt use the pool. Its located in the back of the hotel. The rooms have a door to go out to the pool so you dont have to go out front and around the back to get to the pool.
Wonderful place to play pickleball thanks to Shoreline Parks!
A beautiful wild space on the edge of the city
Great place to go to feel like your out of the city.
No free dogs. But beautiful
Good place for a walk or a jog.
Boeing Creek is a place for an urban hike. Starting off of 175th the trails are nice and fairly easy as well as around the perimeter of the area. When you get closer to the creek the trails are not as well kept and there are a lot of side trails people have created. It also ties into Shoreview park on the south side. This is a nice park with play grounds, ball fields and tennis courts. Lots of parking.
Great park. Cant wait to go again.
Had a great hike with the dogs.
Great place to catch the sunset and walk the dogs
If you dont feel like driving out of town to go hiking or to take your dog to an off leash dog park, then go here because you can do both! This place is gorgeous with many various trails to choose from and explore. Highly recommend! If you follow along the creek, youll be using stepping stones in some places.
