Best place for horseback riding and ziplining I have been to other places and none of them are this nice the horses are very well maintained the wait time is not long the views are beautiful along the trail would definitely recommend this place for family fun

Wonderful experience, especially for 1st timers!! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Jonathan and Tim were AWESOME, efficient guides. You can find package deals at places like Lazerport if your budget is tight.Definitely recommend.

My two kiddos (17 & 12 years old) wanted to zip line while we were on a quick trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. They enjoyed the zip lining. From start to finish it was just under 2 hours. I would have given it 5 stars but I was disappointed to see signs everywhere stating the guides work for tips. I felt obligated to tip even after paying around $150 for them to Zip Line.

Excellent, the guides were funny and sociable. The equipment seemed up to par safety wise (still didnt ease my nerves). And the lines themselves were in excellent locations to see parts of pigeon forge.

Great experience. Took myself and my two daughters with me. The instructors were very informative and experienced. Made me feel very comfortable explaining everything we had to do before getting started. Very fun experience for the first time. The weather was very pleasant at 65 degrees. Recommend for anyone wanting to try it out. Make sure you make reservations.

We booked our zip line easily online the night before! Nick and Tim did a great job making us feel comfortable and prepared to jump. They had seven jumps. My little girl loved zipping and they were super kind getting her in and off the lines even though she couldn’t touch the ground on her own. She loved it!

We loved the adventure zip lines.it was our first time and it was so much fun and we felt very safe. Our tour guides Daniel and Jared where super friendly and detailed in the explanation of the process. Great for kids and first timers.

We went zip lining and horseback riding here. I booked the day before we went. They had a great choice of times to do either and made sure nothing overlapped each other. Went zip lining at 1030 and horseback riding at 1430. Guides were friendly and made it an enjoyable experience for all.

Daniel and Jonathan were awesome guides. We were somewhat experienced at zipping but they made it a great trip. They both have great personalities. We will be back.

Such a fun experience!!!! Our guides were Tim and Daniel and they were knowledgeable and worked really fast to hook us into and off of the lines. I would definitely recommend trying this if youre on the fence!!

Totally worth all the money! We went out first thing in the morning and it was a great experience. We had Crystal and Bobby as our guides and they were great and very helpful. We went with our two kids, one is 5 and one is 8 and they were extremely helpful showing them how things work. The zip lines were a combination of all different heights and speeds. All together a great time! Highly recommend.

We were beginners at ziplining and had a great time. Adam and Crystal were great. We felt very comfortable with them as our guide! They were even great with my niece that is 13 and can’t hear. They definitely balanced their sense of humor with an appropriate amount of safety. I would definitely do it again. Thanks!!

Although we wished the views would have been a bit more woodsy (nearly all of the zip lines had the traffic and buildings of Pigeon Forge in the background), the actual zip lines were a ton of fun, and the guides were laid back enough to let you ride solo (even little kids, if mom and dad were comfortable with the notion). Really great time, and a pretty decent price for a 2 hr zipline tour...

What an awesome time!! My wife and I are on our honeymoon from Florida and we stumbled upon this place from a Facebook ad. We already wanted to zip line so it was perfect, the views out here are amazing and Crystal and Jonathan really made it a very enjoyable time!They were very professional and made funny jokes to ease the nervousness. We had a great time and we are coming back later for horse back riding.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end! Our guides were so much fun but also patient, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable about what they do! It was a Mother - Daughter Day and we will NEVER forget this experience and will talk about it for a long time! Better yet ... well probably go back time after time!!

We went as a group of 8 four adults 4 kids ages 6-13 and they all had a great time! I personally almost backed out however the guide gave me a great pep talk and I went on to enjoy it a lot! Would highly recommend as they were great guides and patient with me personally! I believe there names were Bobby (sorry if I am wrong) Jared and Isaac?!?!? Sorry if I am wrong guys.

Fantastic adventure. My grand kids love it. My 6 year old had a little fear at first but the trainers spoke to him nicely and convince him there was nothing to fear. He finish with the biggest smile I ever seen. The older one loved it too. Thanks very much for bringing enjoyment to my kids!!!!!

A really good beginner zipline. Super fun. Guides were really nice. And my daughter whose 5 did it solo. So that was cool. Def recommend trying this one.

Tiffany was an excellent horseback trail guide. Very nice and friendly. Logan and another guy (I’m sorry i forgot his name ) were excellent zip line guides. Very funny guys! Only down side, the prices are very high. Almost $200 (after tax) for two people with just about 2 hours of adventures!

Great place to spend an afternoon. The horseback riding was okay. Our guide was patient and the ride was pleasant.The zipline guides were great! We had an awesome group of people. Our guides were knowledgeable and safety was their top priority. They made it fun from start to finish.

Sky and Martin were awesome guides for zip lining. I had never done it before and they were really helpful and showed us everything we needed to know. They were nice and funny and made the experience unforgettable. The horseback riding was great too. We had beautiful views for the 7 pm ride through the mountains. We wished we had more opportunities for photos of everything. That had a photographer take a few. Overall our experience was amazing and pricing was good. The package deal let us do both at one location and discounted it a lot!

My son wanted to zip line and the wait was hours at the Gatlinburg attraction so we drove out here and it was FABULOUS! Derek and Ryan were our guides and were outstanding. Always safety first, the location is gorgeous and it was just fun for all, even my 74 year old father, very much recommended.

My first time ziplining, and I LOVED it! The lines/views were great, and my daughter & I felt safe the whole time. The guides were friendly and funny (Hey Terry ;)! Would recommend to anyone. No complaints. Awesome staff.

In the area on a girls trip and wanted to do this activity. Our guides Bobby and Logan were FANTASTIC!!! They kept us inform, safe, and entertained... Enjoyed the different views along the way too. We definitely will come back to this location again!

I wouldn’t recommend this location. The owner is a douche who gives his employees and patrons an attitude without regard. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of locations on the strip that offer zip lining and horseback riding.

We had a wonderful time. The staff, Logan, Robert and Brittany were fun and made everyone feel welcome. They were very careful with safety precautions. Brittany did a great job on her first rescue of someone who overshot the landing and Logan rescued a shoe! I have been on a few ziplines in the past and highly recommend this group!

I’ve never been zipping and was a little nervous but AJ and Bobby were the perfect guides to make you feel safe and have fun!! 100% recommend zipping with them!! Another guide named, Crystal, wasn’t even our guide but she was the best too! No matter who you get this place is awesome!!!!

Terry, Jonathan and Bobby gave us an amazing ziplining experience. On our horseback trail a phone was lost and they quickly found it no questions asked. Awesome customer service, definitely will be back again.

Amazing experience! johnny and terry were our zip lining guides and they were super fun and personable, made sure we were comfortable but still having fun the whole time :) Frank was our horse back riding guide and he was amazing as well, cared for everyone and the horses a lot, can tell all of the staff here really loves and cares about their jobs!

Omg an amazing experience totally out this world. I would never trade the experience in my life!!! Zip lining and horseback riding is the bomb. I couldn’t and wouldn’t trade anything in the world like this experience. Pinky and the Brain (Bobby and Joseph) were the greatest trainers. If you listen to them you will not mess up while zip lining fa sure. If you mess up then guess what they make sure you know how to correct it. Enjoy it!!! Have a damn good time and pay attention!!!

I dont typically take the time out to write a review, like ever, but I had such a great time that I have to recommend Adventure Park Ziplines to all of my adventure seekers, families looking to create long lasting memories, and couples desiring to rekindle the fire. My husband and I had such an amazing time. We opted for the night zip and the tour instructors didnt disappoint. They were friendly, engaging, outgoing and fun. Additionally, the instructors offered advice to improve the zip experience as well as ensure that everyone was safe. Man! When we return, we will definitely hit up this spot again.

Went there last weekend first time ziplining took my eight year old nephew. Cant recall all the guides name one of them was Bobby. They where great with my nephew making him comfortable on the zip lanes.

My girls had a great zip lining experience today! They wouldn’t stop talking about how much they loved Crazy Terry and his fun jokes. They would love to have him again! They also loved Collin, but Crazy Terry stole the show. We will be back again!

100% recommend this place if you are planning to do a zip-line! The 2 girls who were our guide made it so much more fun and just had an amazing attitude. Alicia and Crystal were their names. They made sure we were all comfortable and always making us laugh and were having a great time! Professional but so friendly and bubbly at the same time. I definitely plan to make a trip back and hope to get these girls again.

First time here and it’s AMAZINGGGGGG, Bobby and Crystal Zipline made it a great experience for all our family age 7,16,30 & 40 . They kept on telling jokes and explaining the roles several times . First time my 7 year old ever Zipline and she was in love, my wife was scared but she got over her fear super quick after crystal help while I pumped into Bobby couple times ( poor guy) . Horse back riding was enjoyable and not long which was perfect, Dale did awesome job picking the right horses for our family and his lead made it very enjoyable experience . Over all the place is awesome, convenient, clean, friendly staff with very affordable prices . We will be back .

We had a great time ziplining and riding horses at Adventure Park Ziplines. We were looking for a last minute fun way to enjoy a beautiful weekend. We made reservations earlier in the week, and couldnt have picked a better way to enjoy a family day outside.

We had blast yesterday!! We started the day horseback riding, I wish I could remember the name of our guide, but he was amazing!! Patient and knowledgeable with all of us in the group!!The highlight though was our zip line tour with Bobby and Landon. They were so much fun my daughter hasn’t stopped talking about them yet!!All around the staff are friendly and hospitable. We will definitely return when we visit the area again!!!

These guys are great! very friendly and patient with newbies. a lot of light humor to keep good spirits through all the activities. $189 for 2 adults to go Zip-lining and horseback riding, perfect for the price!

We had a great time ziplining! Our guides were awesome, and made us feel safe and confident. Definitely would recommend as a 1st time experience, not too intense, so you can see if you like it or not.

My wife and daughters did a package deal with horseback riding and zip lines. They had a great time. The guides were fun and enjoyable. Only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the horseback ride only lasted 45 minutes and was supposed to last an hour. It’s minor but I’m knocking them down one star. Other than that they had a fantastic time.

The staff was very good. The zip lines were great, very little climbing or walking, pretty much just zipping from point to point. Nice views riding horses.

This place was phenomenal. We went on a Sunday got up to the tower to zip line had to come down due to lightning. We rescheduled the next morning with Alecia and Martin and let me tell you these 2 people are phenomenal. Always making us laugh. Very good out there with them. Alicia was hysterical and really made it so fun. Martin was so great also. The two of them together was such a great team. My daughter and I will be back for sure and we want those two as our zip line guides. Great job hiring them. Thank you so much for an awesome 1st time experience. Our group of 4 had a great experience overall! We’ve done lots of activities over the years in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and this was one of the best. Our guides, Bobby and Nick, were awesome and made it super enjoyable, but they also made everyone feel safe and secure the whole time. There are several different lines you get to ride on, and on the last one, you get to race against a partner which was fun. Even though the entire activity was only about an hour long, the four of us talked about it for the rest of the day. We would definitely go back next time we are in town!

The tour guides really make the trip worth the money.. our guides (CRAZY TERRY & RYAN) were a great pair.. they kept everyone laughing the entire time.. this is our second time using this particular zipline attraction and as long as the mood stays the same well be back for sure.. had a blast through every line..

We got free tickets from a timeshare presentation. We wanted to zipline on our trip but wouldve went to a cheaper one if we were paying (we are just cheap-the pricing IS reasonable here.) Terry and Logan were super funny and knew their jobs. We had great people in our group as well and the overall experience was fantastic. The guides were funny and goofed around while also keeping safety a priority. My only complaint was it didnt last long enough lol 10 STARS!!!

This is definitely the place to go to zipline and for horseback riding. Angie was amazing on the riding trail and made trail ride a ton of fun!Alisha and Martin were our guides for the Ziplines and they were 2 of the best people ever! They made us feel super comfortable (first timers) joked and cut up to get everyone loose and made the entire experience so much better! We will be coming here every time we visit TN! All you guys are amazing! Give Angel a treat for us

The guides are wonderful and the experience was fun. We went twice. What I didn’t like was that the photographers & girls behind the counter were rude, unprofessional and lazy. The first time- July 3 they lost our pictures and had no way of knowing who did it or how to retrieve them. They never bothered to get the memory card from the camera in an attempt to retrieve them. The second time July 22, they didn’t bother to try to take pics as they claimed it was getting too dark - it was not.. even though we begged and explained our previous experience. As I stated the guides are amazing but for the price I’d have liked to have picture memories - especially when trying twice! It was VERY disappointing

My wife and I went for the zipplining for our honeymoon. Bobby and Terry were so awesome! They really made the experience with their attitudes and how they make even learning the safety protocols fun. Zipplining was fun on its own but those two are absolutely awesome! 100% will go again!

The place was fun it was just odd the way I was told you could not do a double on the ziplines, then I seen several other people do it. It was also weird that they said my toddler could not do the horse back riding because of his age but there were other kids that did it that were about half the size of my toddler. That to me was strange to me and i cant help but wonder why my family was different then everyone elses.

I know i am still a little kid but this was the funniest zip line I ever went on they even explain the directions really good, and the view is AMAZING but there is not just zip lines there is all so horse back riding it was the best day ever you should defently come here.

Went zip lining here with my husband and 2 oldest kids ages 5 and 3. The guides were amazing and so patient with the kids. We had an great time. But if I’m going to pay $70/ person to zip line, I shouldn’t be told the guides work for tips. At that price, this company should be able to pay their employees.

Awesome experience. Chris and Logan made our first zip line adventure a highlight on our vacation. They were professional, fun and made our small children feel comfortable and secure. Only downside was booking with the reservation office, they forgot to book us for the horse back riding time requested.

Had a really enjoyable time ziplining and horseback riding. We went in the afternoon on June 1st for my birthday. My bf and I were the only ones on our zip line tour so it went quick and was very personable. We were helped by Crystal, Collin, and Logan who was training. We were then onto our horseback ride and it was very enjoyable as well. Tiffany was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with the younger ones. Overall a good time that I’d recommend.

We had a great time. Sky (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) and Terry were fantastic with my 8 old daughter who was a bit nervous at first. They had her loving it after the first zip and kept her feeling at ease the whole time. Highly recommend for all ages.

Our experience here was awesome! First we went on a scenic horseback riding trail and it was fantastic and then we went ziplining with some great guides who were super funny and a joy to be around!

My family and I went to Adventure Park and did horseback riding and zipline tours. Let me be the first to say that this place is amazing. With so many choices in the area, I am not sure why anyone would choose somewhere else. Ziplining Matt and Crystal were our guides and they were fun, and entertaining, careful and professional. Our horseback riding guide was absolutely fantastic as well. Thank you so much for making our vacation the best. And my kids are still talking about there time there. *****.

Enjoyed our time here! Our zipline guides Chris and Nick were excellent and fun and really helped my son get over his fear. He was asking to go back by the end! Our horse trail guide was also funny and informative and enjoyed seeing the beautiful mountains and getting some exercise via horseback. Horses are treated well and get lots of rest and good care. We will definitely be back!

We did an hour horse ride- my mother in-law, my wife and son. Jess was a great guide with wonderful humour, and she was kinda hot in that cowgirl way, but thats probably a different format of rating. Good time for the the family, Gorilla, Disciple, and Tulsa were terrific horses, and Jess, thank you for retrieving my MiLs camera/wallet thingy when she dropped it.

Staff was great. 3 of the 7 lines were great but felt a little rushed because the group after us was on our tails. First time zip lining perfect for the family.

Alicia was so awesomely amazing. She was very well experienced and informative. She also worked with Tim on training during our experience and Terry, though Terry seemed pretty experienced. Both Terry and Nick were awesome at getting to the canopies before our family started each zip line and catching us and securing us. Alicia was so detailed oriented in her training and I felt so safe in her hands, especially from the perspective of first time zip-liners. It was such a pleasure to work with all of them and our little family of 5 is so appreciative. If I couldve afforded to tip them as much as the zip lining cost, I definitely wouldve. My husband and our 2 kids, age 8 and 10 cane here to do the ziplines..we had a blast! Our guides were fantastic, funny, and entertaining. Entire staff was nice, place was clean. We felt safe, and the scenery was beautiful! It was well worth the money! I would definitely recommend this place for Ziplining!!
