I purchased a home in the Whisper Lake community in Sebring Florida in September 2020 I purchased a home directly from CRF properties. To my surprise a week after, I discovered severe case of mold in the home they supposedly said Had been completely refurbished A few days later the air conditioning unit stopped working completely. They tried to fix it it continues broken. I will never ever ever ever ever purchase a home from this company knowing what I know now. Did I mention the bathroom was full of Black Mold?Quite frankly its a beautiful place to live and well maintained but unfortunately the service they provide from a customer service standpoint and from a follow up standpoint is horrendous, Unprofessional and quite frankly they are simply liars. Do not trust this company. Let me say that again very clearly do not trust this company. If you buy, buy directly from an owner not from them.I have been fighting with them for two months and nobody ever gets back to me. If you buy in one of their communities and they themselves are selling the unit, I highly recommend having and paying for a professional inspection of the property. If not you will definitely get ripped off. Basically do use an analogy, they put Band-Aids over cancer. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! These people are total Bait and switch, they promise you a unit is available and will wait to you get there to show.we flew from upstate New York just to be told that unit sold two weeks ago!! But they then tell you they have other less appealing units...BUYER BEWARE!!

Nice little place

Loved it there..clubhouse has activity most nights..played bingo..cards..shuffleboard..dinners..can get out n walk round park or ride bikes..some people rode round n golf carts

The best community there is. Cosy, helpful, neat, excactly the right size.
