Beautiful community. Lots to do and friendly people. Growing more diverse in population which is key to a well balanced community.

A nice place to visit but I wouldnt want to live there there are predatory in nature praying on the elderly forcing people to pay high rental fees not willing to work with the community at all. Taking advantage of people that just want to experience a little slice of America and Tanglewood is robbing them blind.

Area is nice, but seems to think more highly of itself than it has any right to be.

My parents live here (since 2004), its a very nice place! Great amenities, huge pool thats kept clean. You get what you pay for. Tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, gym, art group, dances, etc...The lot prices might be on the high side, but its not cheap to keep this place running well and relatively secure. Gated entrances, a really large clubhouse thats a certified hurricane shelter. Mom my hunkered down in there for Irma as the eye passed overhead. No issues :) it was perfect.And the roads are fine. Its a great place if you like a clean neighborhood, nice neighbors and a quiet spot.

Weve only been living at Tanglewood for 2 months and so far my husband and I absolutely love it! It has to be the most beautiful place that weve ever lived!!

Great homes in a nice park like community. Extremely high lot rent outweighs the benefits. Lot rent keeps going up beyond cost of living raise. Nice to own for a winter home or full time residence if high monthly lot rent is not an issue for you.

We have lived here in Tanglewood for over a year now and we just love the community and its residents. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There are so many things to do which helps us stay active. I will say that the lot rent increases are higher than most parks in the area which is hard to understand. Our HOA is working hard on that issue and some maintenance issues, we still give it 5 stars.

This where we Winter and the part I like most is the Sebring Raceway which is just 15 minutes away. Chin Track Days was in full swing for 2 days this past weekend. Photo: Here is one of the cars which has a Honda engine. The Field had Vettes, Mustangs, Porsches, Matias, Audis, BMWs and other daily drivers. Chin racing is where your individual lap time is captured, so you race against the clock which leads to a Safe Racing Enviornment. Racing is grouped by skill level with Novice, Intermediate and Advanced classes. You can also have an instructor and there are race instructor presentations for learning the best trackline for shortest lap times. For Golfers, there are about 13 golf courses within a 15 mile radius of Tanglewood and fees plus cart are in the $30 range.

Resort living at its best. Wouldnt live anywhere else.

Great 55+ community. One of the best in Florida with 2 clubhouses, pickleball, tennis, petanque and many more activities. Always well kept with beautiful landscaping. Some homes with 2 car garage. We love it!

Great place for retirement. I used to work out here often. The only off set is the strict rules they have, but this is a quiet place for older adults that want great homes. They have activities often for the residents, and also is a gated password only community

This place is going downhill fast!!! Management does not get anything accomplished. Roads are a big issues, they are sinking everywhere and rather then fix them properly they bring sand around to fill them for YEARS on end. Emergency Response such as Ambulances are unable to reach residents homes in a timely manner due to road blockages and the sinkholes, its a very dangerous situation that is being handled by giving excuses from management. Yards are being let go and management is doing nothing. The price for storing a boat or RV is very high, yet they dont keep the gate fixed to keep the items secure (its been broken since weve been here). To top it off rents continue to rise - FAST. 2019 rents will increase 7-8%! We found a beautiful home here, cheap, now we know why! Residents are calling news reporters and news channels for assistance... its that bad!
