Its a nice peaceful well kept park for all ages to enjoy . wether you want to sit and watch enjoy a nice walk around the paved ares to see sites and statues to skateboarding and ridig bikes trick or oterwise

Went to Congress Park saw the darks always good

Cute park around the carousel with few springs to try from. Try the water and bring a water bottle to fill up on delicious spring water! Can walk the whole park in under an hour and the carousel ride didn’t appear to have a wait. Park had plenty of green space to have a picnic in.

Something different to do and its in a beautiful park. The ride was just the right length of time and it was pretty and magical! My 2 girls loved it!!! Would love to go again!

My All time favorite! LOVE a carousel This one was absolutely the BEST as ALL of the horses moved up and down. It was only $1 to ride. I couldve spent the entire day here! Will definitively have to visit town again. Just know in addition to the usual height requirement, there is a weight limit ... under 250 lbs only can ride.

Ahh, the nostalgia of good, old times, when people communicated to each other by...talking, getting together, bringing kids and letting them run without any scare or concern. Add, that the carousel is located in the very beatiful, historical park, with sculptures and small ponds, built in early 1900s. I was there during the 2019 Halloween, and it was a wonderfull expirience.

Used to take my daughter here everyday when she was little. Beautiful to have right in downtown for everyone to enjoy!!

I went to the year of the senior and I had a blast it was a lot of fun lot of things to do hello its nice shade tree so I could get out of the sun.

We stopped in to check out the old carousel in Congress Park. the handmade horses were fabulously restored. For only $1 per ride Both the adults and our 12 year old loved riding the carousel there.

Well maintained nostalgia.You have to purchase a ride token to ride this beautiful carousel but its worth it. Wonderfully maintained and the tails, as far as i can tell, are real horse hair.A must for any leisure visit in the area and the surrounding park is just as pleasing.
