Its a very nice and clean place to stop by to get info about the area. There is a 15-min video with highlights, though it could use an upgrade to higher definition. The staff was very friendly. Its a little tricky to find the small parking lot for visitor center: enter from a tiny driveway behind the visitor center right off Congress St, next to a USPS mailbox.
Conveniently located on Broadway, right across the street from Congress Park, the Visitors Center is a great stop to familiarize yourself with the area. There are many free brochures and maps, and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and can answer just about any question about Saratoga Springs. There is a multimedia presentation, gift items, and historical museum pieces as well. Dont be surprised if you are handed paper cups and invited to sample the mineral springs in Congress Park across the street! Its very impressive that the city has provided such a valuable resource for visitors and residents alike!
Nice and neat! The staffs are awesome!
Closed, also they dont return phone calls
Stop by for a quick visit if this is your first visit to Saratoga Springs. Knowledgeable helpful staff can answer just about any question.

Since my mothers family is from Saratoga springs I know a lot about itreally enjoyed my walking experience from the Congress hotel in Congress Park to the historic room in the Congress Park hotel I also liked the old trolley station which is now the hall of records and Saratoga and I also loved visiting both of the I also enjoyed visiting the adelphi which also looks like 1920s Saratoga brings back old memories of when I was a kid and my grandfather George Wade was a jockey theregreat place to visit and then you must miss the spring water even if you dont think youll like it you should tastes great
Beautiful historic area very clean.
We stop by on every visit to Saratoga springs ! Nice folks who know the town and area very well. Usually a interesting local art display.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nicely located downtown within easy walking distance to a few of the springs across the street. They even handed out cups to allow us to taste test the springs. The only downside is parking. We lucked out and got a spot in front but otherwise it could be hard to find a place to park.
Extremely helpful for first time visitors. My girlfriend and I visited the Springs for the first last month and didnt really know where to start. We walked into the visitor center were greeted warmly and informed of all of the events and sights to see in town. Highly recommend stopping by on your way into town.
The center was well stocked with informational pamphlets and the women at the front desk was knowlegable and friendly. She even gave us cups to drink from the spring which was nice.

Very helpful the old guy that runs it is actually quite knowledgeable.
It’s closed
Beautiful house with intrigue history
Very nice visitors center, but the 3 women who were there to help were knowledgeable for the most part but seemed more interested in directing us to brochures rather than work with us to narrow down good activities for us given what we told them. Also parking was not really clear so it was a guessing game. We mentioned it to the women there but they just pointed out where we should have parked even though there were no signs to tell you that or direct you.
I like the History of this place. I dont care for peoples strange behaviors. Must be something in the water? Idk.
Good place to learn about saratiga
Great place for an early morning meeting. Rooms are bright and clean. Staff are very cheerful and helpful.

Make sure to take the 90 minute walking tour. Very informative. Many brochures available.
This center had a lot of great information and my wife and I were able to find something to do that day.The only improvement would be there parking situation. Its behind the building and poorly labeled.
Plenty of information .... in an old trolley station converted into a visitor station
Very helpful staff with loads of good information in brochures. I dig the free maps, too

This should be your first stop on a visit to Saratoga. The building itself is a curiosity (its a converted trolley station from the days when tracks ran everywhere in downtown Saratoga) and you can pick up a variety of brochures for self-guided tours. The tour of the mineral springs is particularly interesting. Friendly volunteers are there to answer your questions, and they are generally pretty knowledgeable.
Nice place to ck out.
The staff here know their stuff and are very helpful. If they dont have the answer they will find it.
Staffed with friendly people to help answer your questions about the local area. Limited on parking capacity though.
