Great Park to come to freeze a nice and quiet walk or bike ride. They have an RC plane flying area for members only, inquire with Sarasota County if interested. They have 3 trails on total, one of them is short with a long access road to it. There is a pond with areas to sit down as well. Areas with any potential alligators are marked. This is a leave no trace park so no pets and you are expected to clean up after yourself (as you should at any park) will come back and enjoy.

My all time favorite park. Great playground, and a great place for exploring nature. Abundant in deer, alligators, all kinds of birds, owls, Bob cats and more. There is a 1 mile trail along with a 3 mile trail. You can bike, skateboard, rollerblade. Covered picnic area with built in fireplace/grill. Great for b-day parties too!!

Great park for a 3 year old. The bathrooms and parking are adjacent to the park which is very handy. Im not keen on the road leading to the parking lots surrounds the park

This place is awesome for the lack of people and awesome wildlife so close to home. There is a mini airport and runway for RC planes on top of the hill. On the weekends people come out and fly and it is spectacular to watch.

Great bike trails. Wonderful RC air strip. Nice playground for kids.

I love walking the longer and shorter trails. The views are beautiful, there is plenty of shade, and the paths are easy to manage.
