Caring office people maintain grounds want to see my mommy

Clean quiet with a backyard feeling making it feel calming when Im visiting loved ones.

Be careful on rainy days when walking on sidewalks because some are slippery with algae. Also note that many times they close earlier than 5 pm and posted.Watch out for people walking their off-leash dogs which will often run up on you - rude. No enforcement here.

We arrived late but they welcomed us and tried to find the information about my grandfather. The records werent found at that time, but I gave them my email and they sent it to me a few days later. When I asked for more they sent that also. I really appreciated all the help Ellen gave me..

Its a cemetary next to an older cemetery. Great stroll on a summer day.

The lovely ladies in the office are so very, very kind, I just love them, they make you feel so welcomed. Such a peaceful place, we have many family & friends in rest there.

They do not maintain this cemetery very well. Grass needs mowing every time we go there. Also crabgrass is starting to cover markers. We bring clippers and maintain family site an adjoining markers out of respect if we have time.

Visit far too many lost loved ones here. As long as you are there during business hours your visit will go off without a hitch. Glad their site set up is as it is very roomy comfortable atmosphere... unless of course, you are scared of ghosts! ️

I went to visit my dad and to talk about how we are going to have my moms service as we already have her plot on top of my dad its a wonderful place compassionate the service they have every year on memorial day is just amazing !!!

My grandparents are buried here. I wish the drought hasnt affected the grass, but it doesnt look great. Not sure what the level of endowed care is here.

Our loved one passed away in Iraq and many of my friends are here I place a small American flags on their graves and within hours or the next day theyre removed by non-citizen non-english speaking staff and tossed into the garbage can where I found them. I took this matter to the office and they denied all wrongdoing. So I stated well then Ill just go put the flags back up and a man came out of the office and approached me and said they can only be American flags on the grave site during Memorial Day ONLY and no other day. He refused to give me an explanation why..! No American flags anywhere.....#shame

My complaint is that they do not use a grass catcher & dead grass is all over our grave top. Ive complained about that for years, but they dont care. Its very disrespectful. I wish I could relocate.

Their sprawling green lawns and beautiful park is a lovely place to walk and reflect upon my loved ones and ones Ive lost. I enjoy coming here and sometimes take my dog for walks around the park. It is very well-kept and a safe area to reflect and enjoy the scenery.

Old cemetary. Well kept. Its a veterans cemetary as well. My whole family who have past are buried there. Impossible to leave flowers as they mow then down. Snail cans for flowers are available if they are not stolen. Very pretty place.

It was an unfortunate tough time when we lost my father-in-law. The staff at Santa Rosa Memorial Park were professional and caring throughout the process. My mother-in-law needed to be handled with care as she had been with him for 55 years.The services were exceptional and the cremation and handling of the ashes allowed us to move through the process at the pace we desired.

I have buried 2 of my children there, as well as my father, a stepfather, 2 uncles, and a nephew. Ive had no problems with them UNTIL NOW. My mother died 8/31, and we had 8 family members there (in town)with her. We wanted the cremation done and the inurnment while so many people would be there for a period of 9 days, and they agreed to it. It took them forever to get the cremation done, & they werent ready, so we all had to leave for home. They promised it would be ready to put the urn in the niche on 9/23, though only 4 of us could return. It was ready the 23rd, but when they tried to put it in the niche, it wouldnt fit! Someone had measured wrong, and their OWN urn would not fit their niche! We were all upset when John finally turned the urn sideways & put it in like that. He said to get it in properly, the entire framework of the wall had to be removed, so it wouldnt be a quick fix. That was THREE WEEKS ago today-- my cousin went by there today and it still is on its side! I am furious!

Ive complained many times before. Why wont they put a grass catcher on the riding mower? I hate to visit my husband and see grass all over the grave top. Its very disrespectful. The solution is simple...buy a grass catcher.

This place has illegal Mexican aliens doing their landscaping therefore they have repeatly time and time again have desecrated graves especially when it comes to war heroes they constantly remove the American flags from the graves of these were heroes many people and loved ones have constantly complain to the office but they simply look the other way wanting nothing to do with you only your.MONEY! there is now an investigation going on by the state of California who are investigating the illegal practices this place commits daily. there have been over 100 complaints the last 3 years about this place!A warning to all
