This is probably my favorite movie theaters ever, i havent been there in a while but when i went it was amazing, reclining chairs, very clean, relaxing, i do recomend for all ages

The Roxy Theater in Santa Rosa is the best. Their theaters are luxurious and comfortable, most of their 16 or so cinemas have recliners, it makes a whole lot of difference. And the added bar on the 2nd floor is just awesome, serves alcohol and the usual.

Pretty good theater. Fresh popcorn. Choose your seats before entry. Really nice recliners for seating. Validation for 90minutes of free parking in the lobby. Lots of screens showing a variety of genre movies.Concessions are ridiculously expensive! $5 for WATER!

Me and my hubby went on a date. The movie theater is updated with those comfy recliners probably for awhile now. But very comfortable chairs, clean theater. I love that you can get alcoholic beverages now, adds to the date night. Parking garage convenient, and attached to theater.

There is a horror night that is a really good time. Worth checking out the theatre for any movie though. Great food, staff and beer!

This is where new journeys are born! Learning new things from new releases. You could share the excitement and come make a new adventure happen! I have watched Shazam, A dogs Purpose, Captain Marvel, Into the spider-verse, and much more. So go check it out. This is one of my all time favorite movie theaters and the chairs are like squishy and soft. Step one to not fall asleep adjust the chair to where you know you wont fall asleep. Step 2 make sure youre not too sleepy if youre on date. Step 3 have lots of fun, now good bye.

Great theatre with huge, comfy reclining seats. A dozen different choices, and they serve wine/beer and snacks. Great for dates or family night. Theatres and bathrooms were neat and clean every time I was there. Half price parking lot next doot-save your stub.

New seating is cool. Get to nearly lay down and actually relax with tons of room. Sweet...

Nice theater, good seats, but two small sodas cost $11.00! Who can afford to go to movies any more? If you buy tickets online theyre is a $5.00 convenience fee! Park around back in the parking structure. Validate your parking ticket in the theater.

I love to come to this theater, and have come here for a long time, the only thing I don’t like is the employees should smile to customers, I have come a few times to buy tickets and the face the give, I feel like they get bother to he interrupted! besides this everything else is fine

We were in the fancy theater (#12). The seats recline and are quite comfy. My only complaint was the bathroom floor was SO sticky. Alas, I am sure it is difficult to keep up with...

Great movie theater with kid friendly manatees and kids deals on kids meals. My son loves it, its like bucks and you get soda, m and m, and popcorn. Good family fun. I highly recommend.

Although this theater has prime location being in downtown Santa Rosa with a parking garage attached and walking distance from the plaza, I wouldnt consider this my favorite theater. The lobby is nice and its a perfect size for that old-time concession stand feel without having too much space for their own good. There are plenty of screens to watch play several movies but theyre all a bit small. If you like the quaint feel of a 120 person theater then its the perfect location for you. But for the price I pay per ticket I want my experience to be larger than life. Otherwise, Id just go home and watch it on my flat-screen.

Went yesterday good experience do recommend going, if you do go though I suggest bringing 30+ dollars, because I cant in with a 20 and came out with 1.50, all I bought was a coffeé some skittles and a ticket witch was $9.50(also Went to go see fantasy island do not recommend, I mean unless you like super cheesy things).

Love the lounge chairs with push button adjustments. Watched Bohemian Rhapsody at the matinee. The sound system is fantastic. I like the assigned seating. Free refill on large popcorn and soda was a deal. We will be back.

Wow! This movie theater is fantastic. Large screens and not too crowded theaters. They just remodeled the whole place and did some serious upgrades. The chairs have power recline and tray tables that slide over your lap to hold your food. The room between the isles is very large and you don’t have to move for people walking by. They have a lot of food options and they also sell alcohol to drink with your movie. The only downside is the prices that come along with all these luxury features. The theater has cheap parking right next door in a gated garage as a well. I’d highly recommend this theater over others in the area.

Perfect place!! Ultra comfortable seats...if you want to go to watch a movie it’s the place you should go. The staff is friendly, popcorn is good.You can park in the back of the movie theater, and validate your ticket for 1 1/2 hour for free.

I had heard theyd made upgrades to this theater. Ive honestly been in the habit of going to San Francisco Metreon for their massive IMAX. I was very surprised with the super comfy recliner seats and that theyre serving alcohol and great bar food here. The theater was super clean, and the way seats are set you dont notice any rows in front of you. Im very impressed.

Weekday afternoon showing was uncrowded. Seating is very comfortable with seat selection made at the time of ticket purchase. Snack and beverage selection is standard. Parking is validated for 90 minutes. Lobby was undergoing renovation at our last visit. That did not detract from the experience much.

Reclining seats and clean facilities make this location great for a movie night

The movie theater has recently undergone some great improvements in their seating now having motorized reclining seats the only downside to such an improvement is that the seats are now reserved seating and during the holidays can be difficult to spontaneously go see a movie but they are continuing to make tweaks to the theater finishing up the trim and making it more oriented to adults young couples rather than family theyve removed all video games from the theater to date. On the plus side they are now selling alcohol and upgraded snacks that you can take with you in the theater

I hadnt been there since they put in the reclining seats. I really liked those. I was pretty comfy watching the three-hour long Avengers movie.However, everything was filthy....the floors, the walls, the escalator. It was disgusting. We also had to wipe down the trays for our seats.

Went here to see wreck it Ralph. Got tickets online easily. They have new reclining seats, almost identical to the ones at airport stadium 12. Fairly clean, other than some popcorn on the floor.

Awesome Theater Great surround sound

Very nice theatre with the reclining seats that are made by reservation. Concessions are classic and they now offer beer and wine. The theatre is under remodel. The main disappointing factor was the fact that the lobby and theatre we saw our show in was not swept or cleaned. Popcorn smashed everywhere and bits of trash lying about. This theatre used to be so clean and well kept (despite being older). Post remodel will be nice... but the theatre needs to be swept!

Along with Summerfield Cinemas, I feel as though this ownership group has done the best with creating a current, cleaner theater. I go to these to theaters almost exclusively because they have the most comfortable environment with the most staff, meaning the theaters are cleanest and have the nicest seats. The concession at the Roxy is nothing special, but the new seats are luxurious enough to make the viewing experience better.

The newly renovated high-capacity theater with reclining seats, spacious aisles, and a gigantic, concave screen was a much needed improvement on this theaters once-thriving facilities. Its a shame they never seem to have their second floor concessions stand in operation like back in the day when there was a midnight Harry Potter premiere every year. Nonetheless, Im excited by the changes theyve made recently, including self-service movie ticket and parking ticket validation kiosks. Theyve also added more food options over the years, and the Roxy remains the only stadium seating theater in town (excluding a drive to the Airport Cinemas, which is essentially in Windsor).The location is extremely convenient to downtown and provides direct access to parking, and might be perfect if not for the transit center next door which can attract quite a few transients. I still feel safe at this theater, and its such a quick stroll over to grab a drink or dinner off of Courthouse Square, you dont have to worry much about the time if youve already reserved your seats (another perk!). If youre a regular moviegoer, be sure to sign up for the free Santa Rosa Entertainment Group rewards card to earn points towards popcorn, drinks, and admission with all of your purchases at Santa Rosa theaters.

A reliable Movie Threatre to attend. Decent service by staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Pretty fair selection of Films.

Ive always had a good time here. They have comfy chairs and the atmosphere is usually really laid back. If you like a quieter vibe at the movies I would go here over say The Rohnert Park Roxy theaters.

Love the new seats. Most confertable theater in sonoma County I think. Only down side is that there are a few street people walking around and no free parking. You can get validated parking in the theatre though.

Unfortunately Im comparing it to my recent visit at the newly remodeled Petaluma Cinemas. This could definitely use a remodel. The seats are too close my seat was constantly being kicked by child behind me. The screens were fine the movie was fine and the food offerings are okay. We had one issue today where the escalator just stopped while we were on it. The manager was trying to walk past the escalator. I told him what had happened; no apologies no are you okay? just Ya, I know. Well as soon as you get off the escalator, I will turn it back on. Have you ever been on an escalator when it stops? What kind of service is that? What happened to nice people?

Ive been here dozens of times and its just been what Id call a decent average movie theater. No bells and whistles, but no complaints. Until today and all of a sudden they have full-tilt lazy boys for every seat in the house?! AWESOME. I never buy concessions so I cant speak to that, but I am totally sold on the seating now. I dont even really care that the screen was small. The seats just do it for me. They also validate parking for the structure so its never costed me more than a buck to park in the garage to see a flick. Most often its like 50 cents with the validation.

Best theater in the North Bay?

Not an old movie palace and not quite a modern movie theater, Roxy has the usual first-run features and frequent throwback showings but its showing its age and lacks the high end audio and video offerings of newer/updated theaters. Free parking in the adjacent garage and restaurants within easy walking distance are nice, plus theres always something fun about taking an escalator to get to your movie. Because escalators are awesome.

Had a great time at Ralph wrecks the internet. The new seats are great! Still doing some construction downstairs, so not as clean as normal, but they are improving it all, so all good.
