$4 a movie cannot be beat. The chairs are comfy enough for a two hour movie without having to change position. Bathrooms and a water fountain. Tables and chairs around while waiting. Standard pricing for eats. Friendly staff. No complaints.

I love that we have a discount theater in Sonoma County! As a single mom with 2 kids, Im grateful for less expensive movie tickets. Its smaller than the newer theaters - just like ALL movie theaters used to be! They show great movies that were previously showing at the larger theaters.

Ill be honest I have not been here in years. I did love the place and the Wednesday day date night deal was amazing. The theater itself is old and the sound was poor. But for the price it was good for poor college couples...

This theater is a GEM!! Comfy seats and so affordable! Two of us attended a Friday matinee and it cost less than two drinks at Starbucks. Love it.

Other than the theater room being a little cold, but it’s the winter time too, very nice place.

Small and simple theater. Never crowded and right next to a great bar and restaurant. One tip: they stop the snack bar at 9:30, and they dont honor the extra money paid for refills nor will they inform you of this.

I go here on a regular basis, because the price is right. The food is about the same price as the larger theaters. Its clean, and you can always get a good seat.

Great venue for movies. Saw Sherlock & Watson there. About any other movie would have been better! The venue was not very good, but the theater was nice. The staff wasnt very present at the concessions, so I would recommend going earlier than 6.

Great place to watch a movie at a bargin price with the whole family or even birthday party even cant beat the price the concession stand has some great deals too. No complaints here ever.

My wife and I have enjoyed watching movies at 3rd Street for years. The visual quality of the movies is consistently great. The concession stand offerings are delicious, popcorn is very tasty. The floors arent sticky, and the seats are comfortable. Unfortunately, the building is for sale. We hope that 3rd Street Cinema survives the change of ownership.

Need to turn on the ac when irs warm and hot. Some people do have hart condition and need the ac. Other wise the price of it and the staff was grate.

I really wish they had refills available for drinks other than the XL. I didnt get to try the popcorn or hot dogs because I wanted a better price. Other than that they are very friendly here and it is a very spacious theater.

Best deal in town!! The shows are usually available to rent by the time they come to the theater. The kids dont mind. 5 tickets, 1 large popcorn=25$. The lrg poocorn comes with a free refill. Split the first into boxes and refill it up. Movie memories with friends.

Not the nicest & not the best theater in town but it definitely is good for seniors and those on a budget. You can see twice the movies as it is easy on the pocket book. Movie features are usually ones fading from whats currently hot

I love this quirky little Cinema. Discount movies? Yes please! You get to catch all the movies you just missed in theatres before they go. 2 good bars/ restaurants right out front. Go to date night spot.

Can’t complain too much. You know the seats are a little hard. But it’s worth it. It’s a really cute theater!

Admission is inviting on short run movies in the larger cinemas or movies that have been out for an extended time leaving theatres. Seating is while supplies last and a few decades old broken down cushions no leg room no reserved seating. Concessions are through the roof. We paid $15 for 4 of us to get in three drinks and two popcorn ran us $37.50. Use this theatre to save a dollar if you missed it elsewhere avid as a Date Night Hot Spot its no longer the 1980s

Great prices however service was horrible a bunch of teens who didn’t seem to care Sunday hours online are 11:30 waited forever just for the guy to be super rude and say well we open at 11:45 for your information although online says differently then I just see them walking around doing absolutely nothing

Nice and easy place to watch movies. Theres enough parking around to find somewhere, the theaters themselves are nice, the staff is friendly, and the location is great and super convenient if you live in Santa Rosa. Definitely a go-to place in a city without a ton to do.

Very clean theater. Only thing I didnt like is that the seats sit to low. If someone sat right in front of you their head will be in your vision. Great buttered popcorn.

Great movies at bargain prices.

First movie theater me and my two buddies saw a midnight showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Snuck out of house and rode our bikes to the show. Shouldnt have been able to get in as we were 15 at the time back in 1982 but it wasn’t like today. Santa Rosa and the Rest of California was a much better place back then. Good to see it’s still open and not torn down.

Every movie under $4, and never crowded.

Supported a local film festival.that blew my socks off.

Even though the movies are a little past current they still have the best price and the best popcorn

I like it here. Its an old theater but still a great movie experience! See movies that just left the theater at a mad discount its like 3 bucks and on Wednesday its like 6.50 for a small soda and a small popcorn. So enjoy.

Incredibly low prices for a movie theater, but popcorn and drink prices are still high. With regards to the auditoriums, you get what you pay for. Small screens, lower volume, and not very comfortable seats. BUT you can buy tickets for a whole family for less than $20, which is great these days.

I cant complain about paying 3.50 to see a movie. The seats though... absolutely the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. Consider adjusting the angle of the seat backs a little?

This is a great discounted movie theater where you can see newer movies as they cycle out of the more expensive movie theaters. Located in down town Santa Rosa it is close to some good resturaunts and shopping. They have even put in more comfortable seats and made the elies wider. This is a good deal.

Small theatre but its better than the big guys around. Popcorn was nice and crunchy and staff was nice.

Cheep place see a movie. Just dont look at the seats. The seat need a good steam clean. If you go in when it dark your all good. Also the seat are not for big guys.

My Fav. and will always be. Early 80s, Rocky Horror Picture Show. Featured and audience dressed, knew lines, props, and acted the movie simultaneously with the movie. Plus awesome food, fun, and shopping every direction before or after you watch a movie half the price every where else.

Great price for tickets! Come early usually takes a long time to get snacks. Snacks are regular prices.

I was longing to see Bohemian Rhapsody & noted it was playing in this theatre in sta rosa. To my amazement the tickets on Sunday were around $4! Whatta great find! Reasonably priced!

You cant beat the price for taking your child to see a movie that youd rather not spend a bunch of money to see. The rather large downside is the theater is pretty basic and quite uncomfortable. If you want a clean, comfortable theater go elsewhere.

Especially like the prices but would appreciate an update on the facility itself and would also like to have more movie options

Tickets are the cheapest youll find. Theater itself was surprisingly spacious, lots of room in between rows. The only downside was that the theater smelt kind of bad, but you get over it quickly.

They dont show movies as they come out and arent very big, but still overpricing concessions. It also kind of smells there too. Good if you missed a movie and want to still watch it.
