Been visiting Rancho Sisquoc Winery for over 40 years. Hidden gem north of the Santa Ynez Valley, a bit off the grid, so seldom crowded. Excellent wine tasting room & excellent wine selection, welcoming picnic area, clean bathrooms, super friendly staff. Thank you to the Flood family & descendents for maintaining this homey facility, reminiscent of the wine tasting spots of the old days.

Sisquoc is that perfect Santa Ynez picnic spot youve been looking for. The wines are great and reasonably priced as well. Weve had a perfect day.

We enjoyed a wonderful picnic here 2-26-19! Nice staff (Becky?). Relaxing and authentic. There seems to be fewer and fewer quaint unchanged wineries in CA. More and more are being bought up by big corporations! Fortunately this gem remains the same. First visit here was in 1985.

Beautiful Chardonnay and a great place to have a picnic. This is one of the first wineries that opened in Santa Barbara. The Chardonnay is my favorite, but theres plenty of other wines as well!

This is my favorite winery ever. The wine is delicious, with too many favorites to mention but I’d say a must try is the Pinot Noir. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. A great place to spend the day and have a picnic or a spot to hit while wine tasting in the area.

This is the best vineyard in the Santa Maria region - by far!! 100% recommended. The vines were super delicious and you can even select your choice of vines for the very fairly priced tasting. The staff was super friendly and gave a good intro to their vines (thanks, Denise!). In addition, the location is super nice and beautiful - perfectly to enjoy the vines. Only very minor downside is that the Sisquoc Winery is a little off the nain road - still not far away though. All in all definitely worth a visit and enjoy the delicious vines! We will come back!

Tasting room smelled like wet dog. Person behind counter could not control dog or cat roaming around bar and drinking out of water containers. Wanted to go here for some time. Disappointed.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I was very happy to see that they carry older wines on the menu, makes it easy for me so I do not have to age it on my own. The variety is great. Beautiful drive to the winery and the grounds are perfect for a picnic.
