Nice quiet place, but TOO EXPENSIVE, everytime theyre raising the rent. Too dark at night they have light outside but ONLY ONE WORKS out of all of them. Only small dogs allowed

I love coming home to a beautiful Community every day! Where the kids can run and play safely and everyone waves and smiles! Our yard is amazing thanks to the property managers Tim and Helena! We have felt right at home and feel incredibly blessed! Highly recommend pojoaque Terrace!

Beautiful mobile home park. This is truely a hidden gem.

Poor up keep of the park overall,kids on the road playing no supervision,dogs loose no control running all over the place,it could use a little more up keep lot space

Such a beautiful and serene place its just outside of santa fe and they are right by the village of Nambe. Ive seen lots of mobile home parks andd this one is one of the prettieat. Its very well mainteined as well. The only drawback is its a little tricky to get to in the snow. Fortunately in new mexico it doesnt do that too often at all.

Its a quiet and friendly place. Definitely a place to consider moving to.
