Need to fix roads n better signs but its okay.

It needs a kids playground with swings and that. Roads need better treatment when rain or snow

The management is awful and rude. They seem great when you first sign your lease but then everything changes. If God forbid you want to dispute something youre told your only option will be legal action against the entire Pueblo. Unless you want to get into legal disputes or live in misery I wouldnt let the price fool you .Worst mistake. Now itll take thousand to get out.

Samuel....absolutely not true! No $35 fine, period. No fine up to five days late, $5 per day afterward. Its in the rental agreement. Made up nonsense! Within the last years, new water, sewer and gas. New play area is planned for the children. No drug use I have seen in the last fifteen years. You are complaining about speed bumps in a residential area? Troll....

Mike I have lived in this trailer with a family member for four years, however I no longer do. Im complaining about dirt speed bumps. SPEED BUMPS MADE OF DIRT. The office has not paved the road and they have had plenty of time to do so. I was up in this trailer park about a month ago and I have seen syringes on the road. Also there is a 35 dollar fee for late rent. Mike you more than likely work for this park and that is why you are defending it. I wouldnt recommend this park to anyone. Also Im not a troll.

This place has changed a lot since I grew up here. Really nice fence, roads are graded, there are speed bumps, every one is made to help things clean. I definitely like how everything had changed.

Speed bumps are rediculius, my car scrapes every time

Management are rude and there is really no place for children to play. Although cost is better then Santa Fe cost of living, and has beautiful mountain view.

Landlord is very rude not understanding at all isnt professional when it comes to talking in a professional manners and has no respect for the citizens of the trailer park.

Very peaceful. Been here 22 years and I love it!

Visited a friend

The office there will charge you 30 extra dollars if your ONE day late, than 5 dollars after that. The office has put DIRT speedbumps on the roads. There is a high drug activity at the trailer park as well.

This place is verry nice better over the years.
