I dont live there But my daughter does and I have a few friends who live there also. Its a very clean place and the residents who live there keep their homes and yards very clean. So I enjoy my visits and walks when Im there.

Kids are always on the street with no one watching them.

Its a nice, clean, community to live in. Behind the new Wal-Mart super store and good walking distance to different restaurants! Just need to be careful when crossing the highway. Urgent care client across from Wal-Mart, schools, etched.

The speed bumps are extremely enormous and very bad for your suspension but other wise ok I guess

Ive lived here for 20+years and seen many changes in and near the park. Yes, I agree with another reviewer that children are often unattended playing in street which is annoying and dangerous but it certaunly is a family friendly park! I have great neighbors. This park is close to schools and shopping. Mrs.Aycock does her best to manage the park with kindness and consideration! If youre considering mobile home park living this is THE BEST MHP in Santa Fe!

They need a better person and company that sells their mobile homes.
