I lived in the Royal Dumont loved it they hated it but the people in Cottonwood are great and the park is very clean and a nice place to live

This place has poor employees who never answer their phone. They are hard to work with when needing time for anything. Their quick to collect but not listen. Rent space is ridiculous. I’m in the process of trying to find a better place to move my mobile home.

Its a good neighborhood but they dont really have good maintenance for one they only clean the pool once or twice every year with is nasty but they have a Jim and a nice park and basketball cort and a club house for birthday partys and we live next to a river thats fun to take bikes and four wheelers out but if you have a dog you have to pay 15$ for it same if you have 4 cats and a trapolin or pool thats more like 25$ and there is a school almost to close by such is really good and there is a dog park near by

Lived there a little over 2 years, couldnt help but feel discriminated against because we are not of mexican decent.. The reason being is we would get 3 day notices very often for weed accumulation (3-4 inches tall) when our Mexican neighbors weeds were at least 2 ft.+ tall for months on end and didnt clean yard as often as we did.

Good place to start living with a mobile home. Nicely maintained property.

I reside at Cottonwood Village it was no picnic driving out of there due to snow, they should have maintenance drive truck on main road to shovel snow we were late getting to work

There were just too many damn trailers there. And far too much white trash that wasnt pretty and wasnt having sex with their brothers. I would give it one star because it reminds me of an a******

This is a very good mobile home park the attendants are very active and helpful the park is nice its clean big roads to get in and out of we like moving houses in and out of here

The trailer park is full of trash from the front to the back. I would never wanna live on a neighborhood who didnt have some curb appeal meaning clean streets of trash.

Quite and niebors look out for each other if strange people go around your home

Sucks Manager Deans an Ass whole never works and pry embezzled racist jerk its not worth what they charge and pedifilies live on every street assistant manager does everything including managers job feel sorry she works for a douche
