The park was a welcome surprise. It is the best park in the county by a large margin. It is incredibly well designed with thought given to creativity, interaction and disabled access. The equipment includes many different climbing and play structures, bridges, slides, swings, spinners, tractors, musical instruments (chimes, xylophone and drum) and tiny houses.When we visited, about two hundred children were there. The equipment ably catered for such a large number. The kids were having an amazing time. My child played there for three hours and did not want to go home.The park also includes an open grassed area, picnic tables, an off-leash dog park and a bike track.I thoroughly recommend it.

Visited on opening day and it was a great event; now without the crowds its just typical park fun with a special twist. This park has an agricultural theme, but provides full accessibility in the surfaces, playsets, and attitude. There is a dirt bike course, small kid structures, big kid structures, a small dog park, and a big dog park. Also plenty of parking for those driving thru Live Oak.

Great place for kids! The dog park was ok. It was mainly large dogs when I went and my little guy got ganged up on without any reprimanding from the owners

Simply the Best Park inLive Oak

This new park is amazing! It’s wheelchair accessible, and has play structures for all ages. Lots of musical instruments to play, and some very unique things for kids to play on. They have a small parking lot, and a few street parking spots. Since the park just opened, it is usually very busy, and you may have to walk a couple blocks from the nearest parking spot.

Really awesome new park / playground with a ton of fun stuff for kids it also has two dog parks. It has a small parking lot and some parking on the street.

Recently re-opened handi-accessible kids park. There’s a separate bike track and dog areas too.This park has things to do that doesn’t exist in other kids parks in the area, so it’s unique and especially exciting for kids who know the other parks already and want to try something new.There are 5 ‘sensory’ type stations around the play structure, giving kids concepts to explore above and beyond the play structure itself.Right now the weekends are packed, as the park has recently opened again. Week days might be a better time to visit as the parking lot is full and people have to park all over the neighborhood.Added- just want to edit this post to mention that there’s now a mini-library box added to the park. And a mini-pantry where you can leave non-perishables to those who need it. It’s a very sweet way to practice caring for yourself community with your kid(s).

Newly built (1/2020) park is awesome. Great play structure and amenities. Much more family friendly use of this land.

Great getaway for my dog and me when we have time between appointments. This park would not be if it were not for the fabulous people in the neighborhood who have put much love and energy into making it happen.This is the result of a community effort.

This is a great place to take your dog on a walk or to play Frisbee. They have a fenced-in dog area and also a grassy area outside the dog park.

A wide open space with a dog park and an off-road bicyclist course to practice moves. There is a lack of shade though, so afternoons can get toasty. The area is scheduled for an overhaul to put in a childrens playground amenable to youngsters with special needs.

Good dog park, friendly neighbors. A bit of mud will stick around a while after rain. But its a park what would you expect.

Clean and kids friendly

The Park By The Boats. Nice fenced off area for the little ones, nice range of equipment for older kids. 4 kinds of swing. Lots of picnic areas and grass to play on, but a doggie area. Still baffled by Parks&Rec not completely fencing off the dog park.

A great place to bring your canine family members Ginger got a respite from being cooped up in my car.

Nice pet friendly area. People still need to clean up after their pets.
