Summit Park is a wonderful trail/ park. Ive only been at night, but when the moon is bright it lights up the entire park and trail! No lights needed! My friends and I took advantage of this and did a picture taking competition, so it is a wonderful picture place too!!!! We took these on the trail leading down to the park

Good park for taking the baby to go and play at for outdoor activity. Hes now 16-months and walking, likes going up the steps and down the different slides. Nice recreation park for the kids.

Absolutely love walking around this park. Its clean, fun, and relaxing. Surrounded by green hills and nature, theres a walking path that circles the entire park and tons of grassy areas to run and play, or simply relax on a blanket. This park doesnt disappoint. The structure for the kids is huge and full of things to jump over, climb up, slide down, and swing on; and comes fully equipped with benches for the adults and a huge covering for those sprinkly, and overly hot sunny days.

Great park for walking, playing tennis, or playing some fetch. There is a shaded playground for kids. Plenty of trash cans and dog bags for clean ups. Water fountains for dogs as well.

Very spacious! Great playground, a lot of greenery, very shady. Enough space for everyone!

Great place to take your fur buddies for a nice walk. There is a trail that runs a circle around the park that gives you a nice distance to walk. Poop stations are available and the area is well kept.

Nice park for a nice long walk. goes into a mountain trail. I like going on my lunch break and enjoy the breeze.

This park is on the top of my list for parks in Santa Clarita. Easy to miss it as you are driving from Valencia Blvd. It is tucked away behind the YMCA. Lots of grass, trees, plenty of benches for eating or picnics, and the play area is well covered from the sun. There is always a nice breeze passing through which makes it an almost perfect spot. Almost because there are no bathrooms. That is the one and only downside. Other than that this place is a little slice of heaven and makes you forget we are in a dry climate area while there.

Two infant swings, two regular swings and lots of play equipment for different age groups. Grass well groomed and clean. Poop bags are provided for people to clean after their dogs. Nice

Good tennis courts. When ymca is closed, there are no available restrooms for the park patrons. ( A Valencia Park without restrooms?)

This is a beautiful park right in the center of Santa Clarita. It has developed areas with a playground that is shaded with a tent-like cover. It has natural or wild areas which attract all kinds if animals including coyotes! Thus park is great for jogging, walking, picnics, and much else. Limited parking is available in the parking lot on McBean Parkway and street parking on Del Monte.

Quiet, clean, friendly and private.

I go here for my runs and love hiking the trail behind it. Its a pretty typical community park. Great place to bring your dog as there is a lot of open space for them to run around on.

A great place to go for a walk, I use this park for my training hikes to test my backpack, shoes, and other equipment. The folks who live around the park are friendly and Ive had good conversations with them. There are a few steep sections because your heading into and then out of a small canyon, but thats not bad for hiking, itll get the blood pumping. The paths are all paved and you park at the YMCA.

A great spot to take a walk, set up a picnic or just let the kiddos run around on the grass. Lots of picnic tables around and a trail head to local hikes.

I really enjoyed this park. My two children, ages 1 and 2 had a lot of fun. The park is clean, and have great outside toys for kids to play on. It is also very spacious. I would definitely go park and have picnics and parties there.

Was a nice day to sit on the grass in the shade with your dog. We both had a good time! Not a cloud in the sky. Saw a couple of airplanes headed for Burbank I would guess.

The only time I visit this park is with my Daughter and Grandson. Its a very peaceful cute park that provides some very nice quality time alone or with family. I would recommend coming here anytime!

Nice park

Pristine, quiet and relaxingIm not a huge outdoorsy person but when I do venture away from my laptop I like to enjoy nature (or as close as I can get to it). This park is great for picnics, tossing around a ball or just meandering down a quiet path. It never feels crowded and I almost never see litter anywhere. My only (nit-picky) complaint is I wish there was more trees (it can get quite warm in the summer). Other than that great location - easy parking, well worth a visit.

Me and my wife go there for the last 13 years to just relax and enjoy no noise except for certain people dont like to put their cell phone down but besides that it is very peaceful and thats why we go there

The hiking through Summit Park Arroyo and Paseo is just spectacular. Its a great workout and a great view all around. Further, and enjoyingly so, are the absolute amount of wonderful people and pets you get to meet. I look forward to walking through this park is often as possible.
