Very nice and quite lots of shade good place to relax and spend time with family people are very friendly especially the park rangers
Nice quiet little park, very clean and never crowded.
Nice park. Very friendly hosts
All I can say is oh my God. This place is to die for. I could have died in that canyon while hiking and I would have died at peace. Its just so breathtaking. Loved my hike. I was there for hours.
Its very peaceful and not crowded like the coastline parks
Small park loved it. They we went it has a beautiful area for a small wedding that took place. Always busy. If you need a table in summer get there early
It is a really nice park
Relatively quiet and has serviced restrooms.
Clean, spacious, and lots of choices for hiking. Strict sunset and sundown policy- no camping here-
Gorgeous nature, no crowds
Went there this weekend and the park was literally empty, so peaceful and an short intermediate hike to a beautiful view
Beautiful location. We attended a very large event with over 100 people, and the area we were at had plenty of room.
Quiet and hidden, dog run for the k9s, playgrounds for the kids, beautiful oak trees with a lot of shade, bbq pits and picnic tables galore - youll like it!
It was a nice spot. The trail was very short. It has a good view at the top. Not very dynamic. No multiple routes.. maybe worth more exploration to see if we are missing anything.
Clean, quiet and beautiful. Everything you could ask for in a public park.
I lost my robocop action figure here when I was a kid and till this day i still go once in a while
I wanted to find a park that my grandson and I had not been to yet; one with just enough hiking for a 4-year-old, and this was such a nice adventure from Goleta!! Everything about it, from the big rock at the opening of the trail, to the high-up views, the gazebo rest stop from which we could see our starting point, and then the downhill jaunt, skipping along trenches left by that ancient thing we call water.... all made for the perfect morning outing. Even when we stopped by the playground on the way out, all he really wanted to do was sit and watch the woodpeckers flit from tree to tree. So glad we took the drive.
Very unique place
Toro Canyon County Park is a very secluded, beautiful, dog friendly park. Very nice facilities, picturesque. Never been many people visiting at the same time. Added bonus, some nice hikes and geocaches in the area. There is Poison Oak on the trails.
Nice nature
Fun place. Opens at sunrise and closes at sunset
Great ride
One of my top choices to go, when i am in need of a break from life and society. Usually end up going when my Best Friend Zacky comes to town to visit me. All the way in the back of the park, there is this ginormous rock that i enjoy going to and just kicking back and smoke some herb or just enjoy some quiet time in the middle of nature with the 2 best guys in my life....My Husband, John, and my Best Friend, ZackyIf you ever have a chance to make it up there youll see that thou it might have been far or out of your way, it was just the place you needed to find and keep in mind whenever you may be i need of a quiet and refreshing spot to run off to and hide or even if you want to be found its an amazing place to just go and relax, have a big/small party/get together/BBQ, or if you need a place to go and just BE ALONE with nature!!!
Good trails for beginners and many picnic tables.
A quiet place with trails to get into the mountains.
Solid park
