Second to last day for a little bit of Halloween fun from the car

A nice park! Walking paths, playground, water, birds, lots of activities and a great place to take your dogs too!!

A very nice and quiet place to relax, soak in the environment, and watch the birds frolic around in the grass and water. A must visit if you are ever close by just for some relaxation. There are also lots of benches around the pond to sit at and enjoy the serene park.

Oh my God I love this place so much!!! If you like going for a walk, sitting down on a chair and have a little chat, or just get some fresh air, that is one of the perfect places to go. Though ducks and the geese just leave their stuff on some places, so just watch your step.

A pretty lakeside setting with picnic tables and restrooms plus plentiful ducks the kids loved. A peaceful stop between The City and Wine Country.

A bit scrubby for a park, but a good place to take the pooch to zoom around and play with other.dogs. Quite popular with the local canine community.

Great to come and feed the ducks and let the kids run around. There is a lot of duck/goose poop all over (hard to control I would imagine...) so be careful but otherwise love it here

Great lagoon for a walk with family. There is a seperate dog park for fido to run and enjoy. Bocce courts. Many water features are part of the lagoon landscape. Picnic benches surround the lagoon. Additionally, the ducks are super friendly - so bring treats! :)

Love the freshness of the air in this beautiful park.

When we went there were a ton of birds! Even a Heron! He was looking so regal lording himself over the other birds. It was a magnificent experience. If a little frightening due to the hordes of Canada Geese that watched us with their beady eyes the entire time we were there.

Have been visiting the Lagoon since it was created over 60 years ago. It holds a special place in the heart of my family and me. Its so beautiful and peaceful with grass, trees, fountains, birds and a playground, and home for the amazing Marin County Fair.

Beautiful hidden lake

This park is my go to place in evenings for running. They have a nice lake with water fountains and a pretty good wildlife (ducks, birds, seagulls etc.) surrounding the lake. Overall its a pretty quite and idyllic place to relax and get some workout done.

Beautiful place. Perfect to have a little walk and unwind. Highly recommended. As you guys know Marin county is beautiful.

This place is clean and well maintained with pleasant, simple landscaping. Nice place for a walk, you can walk around the lagoon. Ducks and geese hang out here and you might see a turtle. There are grills and picnic tables near the parking lot. A nice little playground. Restrooms are clean and stocked. There are also benches facing the water.

Great playground with great cultural diversity. Not just a bunch of sunscreen kids named Liam. My sunscreen kid and I love coming here.

Possibly federal property. A good place for old people to feel safe and simultaneously rebel, ignoring the signs about feeding ducks. Sometimes there is a groovy event or market pop-up nearby. A hotbed of senior activity.

A beautiful place beside the lake to have your packed lunch. Children can play and can have lots of fun here.

We really enjoyed this peaceful park. Our 17 month old had a nice time socializing with other kids. Its really a nice park and well cared for.

Lagoon Park is a nice place have playground area, and a children island...there is a nice places for adults, youngs and kids to visits this place...is good for walk or just have a good time to see the environment there because there are some animals...

Great place to take your dog for a walk or try your hand at fishing

Nice place to walk with my baby. Unfortunately most other people ignore the leash law so I dont bring my dog. Also tons of goose poop on the walkways.

Great area to spend some free time walking around the lagoon. No more goose droppings on the pathways like there used to be a few years back. The childrens playground looks great to take your young ones and let them romp around. You can also have a barbecue in several picnic table areas. Just sit back relax and enjoy the lovely blue skies and beautiful surroundings of the Marin County Lagoon Park.

Beautiful place for the family to run, play and picnic. In my case great place to take my three dogs for a walk then two different dog parks are there too.

This is a beautiful park which I enjoy being at. BUT! It has a little problem. The bathrooms! There is one restroom that is clogged up daily, and its not because of misuse. There isnt enough water pressure to keep the waist flowing, neither toilet flushes, so, the workers come out every morning and work on them, by noon, they are right back the way they were. And both toilet seals are bad at the base, and they leak and smell really bad, the floor is always wet and nasty. And on the first door, it wont lock, it wont catch the strike plate. So be careful going into the first bathroom. They need to fix this, it is a health hazard. Wont be back until they do.just learned this problem has been going on for almost a year. Fix this problem, its disgusting

The lake is lovely. Too many people ignoge the signs and feed the birds. The North side has a lot of pokey stckers in the grass. During the fair its a lively place, good for people watching and fair food. Otherwise its a good place for solitude and contemplation.

One of the nice features of the Marin County Civic Center complex. Nice for a stroll around the lagoon, and some kids play in the playground (but watch out on a sunny day, surfaces get hot).

It is a good place to get exercise and see people.

We love this park small and cute...my son lives the see saw and nearby duck pond .

Beautiful multi-use year round park serves as the Marin County Fair each summer. Lovely place to walk, play or picnic. Lots of wildlife make their home here. (Large flocks of Canada Geese have apparently decided to stop doing their yearly migration, in favor of becoming permanent resident foul here!)

Great place for a run as long ad no one feeds the ducks. Rangers come around to make sure that people dont fish. Good for family picnics, there is a playground close by, lots of grassy areas

Wonderful park to walk around and enjoy nature and scenery! Great park for picnics and gatherings with picnic tables and grills provided, a play area for the kids and seating for adults, wheelchair accessible, pet friendly and water area for pets as well as drinking fountains for the public, public restrooms and of course, pathways around the lagoon for jogging or a stroll. Beautiful landscaping throughout the park and wildlife to enjoy.

Beautiful, well-maintained park large enough to feel solitude in some places. Very serene views of the lagoon and the ducks and other animals living there. Nice leisurely walk around the entire perimeter.

Nice area to relax, all flat grounds with many benches around the lagoon. Theres a kids park here, you can fish apparently, as we saw one guy doing today. There are many birds to look at. Lots of grassy areas to play with the dog or kite flying or taking naps.

Marin County Fair: Legendary, you get what you pay for. No fights this year. Thr was a huge plus. Nothing but the artistic expressions offered each year changes.

Love the Marin County Fair & fireworks held here every 4th of July weekend. Amazing quality exhibits, delicious food, & people generally on their best behavior.

Dont feed bread to the ducks its bad for them.

If you like goose poop and tons of gnats when it gets semi dark, then this is the place for you! Nice view its calm.

Beautiful park. Has places to picnic, playground for the kids, ducks, geese, public bathrooms, and lots of parking. My wife and I had gone to another park that closed at 5PM and were disappointed... we wanted to find somewhere our little girl could enjoy herself as a reward for sitting in the car for a while. This was it!

Really nice park. We have been coming for the 4th of July events. Entry is very reasonable and almost all the rides are free. Lines for the rides are short most of the day but get long in the evenings

It is a great place to spend an afternoon at. Great for walking your dog, taking a jog or a family picnic.

Great place for a kid to ride bikes, nice playground and very safe.

There is no more attractions here. Only pond with ducks, small playground far from the water and very big empty field. My son was very upset.
