This is a 55+ park. Things are slow moving and expected to stay quiet. I do my best to respect the rules (although, everyone has to live a little.... Right?)My parents live here and have for years. They really enjoy it and the sense of community. Theyve made some great friends of their neighbors over the years. Overall, a great mobile park for the elderly. Seems well cared for.

Love visiting my dear friend here. Her unit has a special Pacific Ocean, sunset view. San Marcos, CA is convenient to so many N San Diego County attractions, including, of course, the Pacific shore .

I went there for work homes seemed clean and well kept plus the resident was super nice

I am blessed to have found this park. I love that everything I want is so close, the neighbors are friendly and it has a gorgeous view. Couldnt be happier

Very nice park! Some homes have views of the ocean.

Great place to watch the San Marcos fireworks on 4th of July. Just enter on Viewpoint drive, and go straight until it dead-ends.Youll find yourself overlooking Bradley Park (where the San Marcos fireworks display takes place). Bring a tripod, and youll have some amazing shots.Get there early, because a lot of people have figured this out over the years.

Very beautiful park, but very easy to get lost in. Directions are not well visible.

Well laid out very hilly so be aware and no on street parking

Clean streets maintenance people are great. Great views.
