World class. Took togo.

Ive been to the Westfield Oakridge a few times now and since the recent renovations, it is a beautiful mall and easy to navigate. It has all the stores you would expect and some good food options. But it could have more food variety and a bit more ambience. It was quiet each time I was there and felt a bit sterile. Good for shopping, not great for the vibe.

It is one of my favorite malls here in our place. All the stuff you wanted is available in this place and it was very affordable. They also have a lot of dining shops where you can spend your time while waiting for your friends. Come and visit!

Lots of safe protocols BUT they do not enforce guests going outside to eat which means their masks are off while eating including some workers. It makes things uncomfortable. I always wait till I am on my way out to grab food.

A glimpse of Oakridge Mall after the month March Lockdown.

Picked up a curbside order from the Hallmark store placed online. Im so thankful they are providing this service on the Thornwood Drive side of the parking lot. We waited only a few short minutes before our order was placed in our trunk and we were on our way.

Don’t see them keeping track of the mall capacity at all. I’ve seen plenty of businesses not wear mask and not social distancing, with holiday coming up this will be a issue when the mall is filled and everyone decides they want to walk around the mall to get out the house or actually shop.

Visited Nov 22, 2020. It was pretty deserted and understandably so. The mall itself is pretty amazing with new stores added as old ones shutter.

Shopping at Victoria secret was great the sale associated where very helpful and polite I would go back to that store

Pretty cool for a mall. Avoiding people is sometimes hard to do here. But good deals can be found for someone in their 20s at least.

Generally this mall has fewer people than other malls, so I prefer it. They have lots of stores.

It was so refreshing to go out although under the new normal. Cant wait to see all the renovations. Keep up the good work!

Went to GameStop. Great customer service. Workers are real friendly and you can ask them about anything and theyll help you out.

I enjoy shopping there. Clean, modern, nice and everything you are looking for are there. Excellent food court too.

Preparation for each of fishes is great.I always feel like visiting Sushi restaurant in Tokyo.

I went to Target. They now have another entrance where i no longer have to park in their ramp parking structure. Its located at the Target pickup area with ample of parking.

Empty but Century Theatres are open!! Very different experience. Going to an empty mall. I enjoyed the luxury recliner chairs but the table attached was annoying.

Not too many people which made parking a dream. Went to daisy with my 11yo daughter and no issues.

I love Macys at oakridge, great deals at a very good prices. The last act dept is my favorite dept. I am always happy there

All stores we noticed were all Covid19 compliant. Although it is a different environment it is good to come back to the mall with the family and walk around

Directions of stores and sectors could be more clear since its such a big space. Another inconvenient thing is that the shop assistants are at the door of the stores offering the products.

Great mall.. but Needs more outside security. I know multiple people who got robbed in the parking lots.

Pretty empty right now. Safe to walk through not too crowded.

For DIYers its a Heaven on Earth...makes me Wish I was Wealthy or well off...Im not greedy....just something nice to work with.

AWESOME place to shop! All the stuff that you wanted was available in this shopping center. They also have a lot of dining shops where you can spend your time while waiting for your friends. The food court was also very clean and you can choose any kind of food. It was highly recommended to all of my friends and family!

I love Westfield Oakridge. The layout and the layout stores. Its not a chaotic maze like its sister Westfield mall

Great stores and reastraunts, always maintained clean and its always fresh inside. Alot of room to walk around incase you bring a large party with you. Overall great place to shop and eat and take a stroll.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Sanraku is legit though. Thats the lone bright spot of this mall.

Why don’t u Put that you’re closed, even though you say you’re open seven days a week still false information do better at your job.

A great collection of shops in San Jose. Has public restrooms. The food court could do a little work towards the healthy side. This mall has a good movie theater.

Macys has horrible customer service, the cashier dep has no idea of pricing they have one price up and when you arrive to pay they say it was yesterday sale and forgot to remove, you need more training . It was the department of kitchen . Good luck with the holiday arriving.

Oakridge really safe and clean not over crowded hand sanitizers throughout the store 6 ft social distance minimum of few people in 1 store at a time .

This place is a super spreader location. There were 100s of people here most not wearing mask.

This shopping center is absolutely beautiful. Its cleanliness is great. Its decoration architectural as the stores windows decor very well designed. Congratulations. Very appealing to come back.

Was nice to get out, but it was very difficult to shop with lines at all the stores and then once you go in after waiting so long, they didnt have what you wanted, and they tell you to go online.

Plenty of parking, diverse selection of shopping and restaurants. AMAZING farmers market between 9am-1pm every single Sunday with high-quality vendors!

It was fine. Not very crowded. You do have to wear face masks. They have hand sanitizer at registers. I was in and out.

I have been going to this mall since I was a young lad and it just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger and better! Was at the farmers market and people were keeping their distance and wearing their masks.

The place was amazing! Service was great! Since my family and I went to the movie theater at the mall, we would recommend going there. What I enjoy about there is that there are two lines, this results with us getting to our movie faster. Plus, they have added some arcade games for the visitors to play. 5/5

This place is very nice has all kind of shops from from small to big . Really nice food court too bad its closed really cool place to just hang and chill with your buddies

We had been here to visit the Apple store.The mall is quite elegant with a spread of different brands and good eatery options too.A nice place!

The only good thing i enjoyed going to the mall was, easy to find the park. You can guess the rest.

Westfield mall is a fun place to shop and it has an arcade called fun factory and its for kids. Fun factory is my favorite place to play in a arcade. Thats why I like Westfield. One time on Friday I visit fun factory to play.Where is Westfield? Westfield is next to Santa Terresa and 87 freeway and 85 freeway and Westfield is fun than home because at home is boring and a little bit of games like three games because my games have, advertisement, and my dad doesnt.

Delicious food. Especially the calamari bites. The macaroni was sub-par but had 5 cheeses from Italy, so not bad!

I still come here every time Im in town. The food is great and there are a lot of options to choose from and also if you just want to buy supplies or little trinkets to use or bring home.

You can find great gift there

Its a shame, we didnt find restrooms then no where for the family to sit or relax, even if you purchase food and drinks. Today, its you buy what you came for then leave. Tough on kids to wait around outside when their hungry.

If your going to TELL people to keep face covering on at ALL times, it would be more professional to identify yourself as an employee that works for Westfield.

Good place to spend time in the weekend. You have many shops same as in great mall, Milpitas. So its good for shopping too and century cinema is the most what I like. Very well maintained theatres.

Oakridge is a pretty nice mall. The movie theater is solid and they have a good amount stores and restaurants that should appeal to most people.

Its amazing this malls isnt dead yet. I remember it years ago before the massive remodel when it looked like a government building: boring and brutal.And there was a farm field diagonally across the street where the grocery store is now. It was Allen to Blossom Hill to Santa Teresa to Steinbeck (Steinbeck Middle School, where Allen is now; Allen was at the school to the south).

Nice mall and everyone was very friendly.

Parking isnt too fun but what are you gonna do?

Westfield Oakridge is a shopping mall that was sold to Westfield America, Inc. in 1998, and was rebranded as Westfield Shoppingtown Oakridge soon after. The mall is anchored by Macys and Target with junior anchors Century Theatres, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, Forever 21, and H&M.

This has turned into a nice mall over the years, although parking can be difficult on the weekends. Theres a good size food court and tons of shops and a big movie theater. Oakridge offers several sit down restaurants to choose from as well. There is a free play area for the kids as well as an indoor play area Billy beez.

I love it there,good place to shop

Fun place to spend time with friends and family. We went to the theater and shopping. They offer different cuisines at the food court which is really good.

Is the movie theater open people says its 100 dollars for the movie theater so it is open

I love this mall. Its got the only Hugo Boss boutique in Northern California. The Banana Republic is huge, 2 floors. Its got a Jamba Juice in the food court! And an Apple store! All selling points for me. One hopes they get the SF one right.

Special shopping for any occasion..

Its a great mall with many fine restaurants and shops, however it is so popular I can rarely find a parking spot! After driving around and around, I always resort to the parking lot which is a very long walk from the mall.Great place to see a movie if you can get there early enough for a parking spot!When absolutely necessary, its nice to have a post office inside the mall! Use it in a pinch because its open an hour later than anywhere else!

Went to cheesecake factory with Friends food was good, service was terrible!!!

Clean and it has all the right stores

Very kid friendly mall. Has a little bit of everything. Several good food joints ranging from a quick bite to eat to a nice sit down dinner. Has a candy store or two and a couple great places to grab some drinks with friends. The shopping hasnt disappointed me yet.

This mall has many stores to shop at they have a nice family area where you change your baby, heat the baby bottle they also have a movie theater

This is a HUGE mall with a good food court and some good restaurants. Lots of retail outlets and a Century Theatre. The way finding is a little tough with infrequent locations. It would be helpful if interactive way finding was available like at the Stanford Shopping Center. Happy Hour at PF Chang is fun and the food is, as always, tasty

I love this mall. The theater is upgraded and its a cool place to do shopping and just hang out. The people are nice and the bathrooms are clean.

Clean but a bit confusing place to find a right store

The parking is terrible everyday however it is impossible on weekends. Better ante up the $10 (plus tip) valet parking fee(then wonder where they are putting your car) or spend a half hour looking and waiting for a parking space. Oops there is one but by the time you get back around to that space, 6 others have had the opportunity to park there(being facetious, but hopefully you get my drift). Now that you found a place to park, you and your friend enter one of the establishments for dinner only to be told the wait is 45 minutes to an hour. You leave your name and number and before they call you, you welcome your date to the food court. Next time go someplace where you can make a reservation (though this date will probably not return with you). Better luck next time.

Hakkaisan sake was just one of the many choices, and it was really good. :-)The food is great, as are the portion sizes.Highly recommended. :-)

Parking is such a hassle that it is hard to enjoy going here often. They have some great stores but I dont know if I like this kind of layout (circle) where you have to walk all the way around.

Still a huge mess with parking...need trained personal directing traffic again trained! Handicapped doors at all entrances Im in a wheel chair and those doors are heavy,most of the time Valet is very slow to react causing huge traffic jams on weekends. I get there is construction going on but all hands on deck till it gets a little under control outside

Oakridge is a great mall, has added some terrific stores over the years. The movie Theater is fantastic with comfortable adjustable chairs.. However parking still a headache!..

The food court at the mall is good I like going to Rubi Thai for their special 8.99 3 item combo

I visited this place in the evening. Visited the BJs and had dinner. Its generally a quiet place on the outside and this day was teeming with cars; could be more because it was on a Halloween day.The place is accessible from south San Jose and a short drive from downtown. Visit it for the restaurants.
