Well-arranged products and convenient to shop. All of their displayed products are of good quality and was very affordable. Good services and the place is not so crowded. I always go to this place for shopping. They have lots of stuff to choose from. Highly recommended!

Even though it was hot I still had a good time lot of Open Spaces everybody was wearing masks pretty good time. and its always good.

A good variety of boutiques and restaurants to choose from. I enjoy the lights and different events held here, especially during Holidays. We spend most of the time here in the garden, or at the water feature located at the center of the mall. Explore now and have a relaxing and calm of their atmosphere! Your kids will love it, as well.

A long line to get into Victorias Secret, F21, Bath and Body works and Hollister. They went back to 15 or 20 percent of shoppers to be in the store at once. Most stores were open, but not the food court, theater, gym, etc. Starbucks is opened as well as Auntie Annes. This is valid as of 12/5/2020. I dont know if this might change. Thanks goes to Eastridge management for keeping the mall afloat. Wear a mask!!!

I’m a Asian guy loved food and shopping like others. Therefore, here is the best place that my family come and enjoy 2-3 times a week. I love here like the way they serve.Here, there are many store you can do shopping and also eat with the whole food court. Moreover, here has a theater of AMC.I recommend you guy come to check it out!Nice place and good services!

Eastridge is Eastridge? ..depending on what you know about this Iconic San Jose location.I have watched Eastridge go from a major competitor to other malls, to just a simple more boutique kind of mall with less stylish clothing stores for a more hipper generation.The Eastridge I grew up with had all that and more, I just think it needs more main stream stores for the millennial people of today.Macys has always been here and is probably never going to leave, but what about other new brands that are popping up, Oakridge mall, Valley fair malls have crossed over to benefit the new generation, if Eastridge has any hope and surviving the future they need a major overhaul to catch up to its local competitors.

The mall is nice, but in many ways only the name and location give it an added special touch. I enjoyed shopping at Eastridge, and bought a few items.

Always a treat to visit! Love coming here for lunch with the family and simply to be touristy and buying things I dont really need. The air is so brisk near the water and the seals are the cutest things! Watching them bask in the sun has to be one of my highlights. We ate at a restaurant with a nice view of the seals and boats. Had my clam chowder bowl with a side of oysters. Perfect on such a cold day. After eating we grabbed some hot chocolate and went shopping again. I grabbed a few key chains, chocolates and these cool shirts that changed color with temperature. They had a cute collection of star wars themed merchandise so had to get them. They even have cruises available as well at the pier. Didnt have time this time around though but maybe next time.

Havent been there in months and was planning to go but when I called the mall and spoke to security he said that the mall closes at 7 and he answered the phone at 7:33 so since the mall supposedly has been closed for over a half hour why did it sound like he was in by himself inside or in a small space when since hes security he should be walking around the mall or making sure all the entrance doors are locked and especially If hes the only one there he has a long night ahead of him he would have to walk the perimeter of the mall or maybe not bcuz there may or.may not be mobile securely patrol and if he seems to be an inside kind of security then then probly doesnt really have qualifications to be be mobile as in drive a car. So since it sounded like he was maybe in an office then idk what to tell him or whos job it is to update store hours online but hes only security probably only has a limited access and if he is able to or allowed to update store hours online. Hopefully he doesnt falsely advertise store hours Bcuz he could be sued for defamation, loss in revenue, slander because if he even caused a loss of one sale then he should be fired so I guess I wont be going to east ridge today and Ill likely go somewhere else tomorrow and one customer doesnt make a huge difference cuz If he gets fired thats on him cuz I still have my job and theres still other stores and places I can to to.buy what.i want.

Nice little mall, maybe youll find something youll like there. Theres a shop in there with some Japanese things like food stuff, pens, stickers, kitchenware, etc. Highly recommend it.

I guess through no fault of their own, most stores are temporally closed or permanently closed. Theres little or no shopping to do. I enjoyed shopping there sometimes before Covid 19. It was great to take in a movie also.

The postal workers made quick work of the line. The guy who helped me was friendly and presented several options for me to choose from. Plus, it was more inexpensive than I anticipated to ship through them.

This mall really has it all, and the best place for a shopping spree! This shopping center is really amazing, and Im grateful because everything that I needed was here. First of all it is a big mall. You can buy a lot of stuffs with affordable prices. Awesome place.

Recently upgraded. Mall with bowling alley, food court and many stores. From local to major brands available.

Great supermarket just isles are really small and can get a bit crowded but other then that its awesome

Gone down hill. Nothing exciting. New renovation and already the carpet has lots of stain. People bringing their dogs in the food court and feeding them on the table. I thought it was a health code violation but when I reported it to the security, she took it as Im nothing but a complainer. So I rarely go there. I have better places to go.

Christmas shopping in the mall is very difficult when they remove all the shopping carts. Stores are actually encouraging you to buy less....or hire a sherpa......

It was so fun at Eastridge, they have shopping places that I love.

Underrated mall in the Bay Area. Wide isles and plenty of corridor space. Most of the standard outlets are here like Macy’s, JC Penny etc. Not so crowded and plenty of parking spaces. The USPS in the mall has passport services too and the queue is not too bad.

It wasnt crowded at all for a Friday afternoon, most store didnt have a line to enter. Inside the stores, other maintained their distance from one another. The bathrooms were clean and most stores were open. Some salons were closed.

Cant tell if its being abandoned or barely getting populated with more stores. On a positive note, if you hate lines....this place is for you.

I was greatly astonished by this shopping center because I can do everything here, especially for some leisure stroll and shopping. I will definitely rate this place a five-star rate because the salespeople here are certainly helpful and very attentive to all of my concerns. Indeed, a go-to spot for family and friends! Highly recommended!

This mall is very UNDERRATED and I like it that way!It keeps the snooty riff raff away and prices at bay!!PLENTY of delicious food options in and around the mall, from your Red Robins to the new pizza place Pizza Press to your Olive Garden to your In and Out and your Panda to your Genghis Kahns and all the other food and beverage varieties such as milk teas and slushees.They have plenty of entertainment from a theater AMC which I do believe they were the first mall in San Jose to boast that feature, and the rest followed suit!! To Round 1 which is an awesome arcade, bowling alley and karaoke spot..

Im really enjoying this mall. Ive been here for about 4 hours. I havent been to malls a long time because it just seemed to be dead. This mall is a Hopping partying placed with so many different stores to shop at. Cuz so many places to eat at all over the place not just in the food court. Theres chairs and Lounge places every corner your turn you find one. Tons of parking. This evening cute little train that drive for the whole Mall in the upstairs 2 show you whats around kind of like a little kids train if you will. But adults can write on it too. Come visit the small Im sure youll have a great time.

No other grocery store can match the well-stocked selection of American and Asian products than this grocery shop near the city mall! They hade wide selections of imported and local brands. This is definitely my favorite grocery shop in the city, plus they had conveniently affordable prices than anywhere else.

Its a great place to shop or just go hang out on a cold day. I take my grandkids there sometimes when Im watching them. They love it.

J.C. Penny store...staff very rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, treated me very bad I will strongly advise anyone not to shop in there. I am in the process of contacting the C.E.O. about this matter and will publish on the internet.

Theres an arcade, and movie theater. The food court is okay, and the sit down restaurants are okay. Theres a roller rink here though which is pretty cool.

They almost never have anything i need and it literally is a waste of time going to this mall

Great menu choices! Generous portions. Tasty dishes served hot! Staff prompt, courteous, and helpful with menu descriptions and suggestions! Always leave full and some to take home!! You wont be disappointed! Suggest getting there b4 dinner crowd arrives, sometimes 15-30 minute wait. No reservations !

Not much to say during this covid19 era in time. The US post office is doing a great job serving the community. JCPENNEY is open, but I wasnt clear about Macys. Most, if not all cell phone kiosks were closed. Food courts partially open, but no movie theater or bowling or game machines. I would guess 25% operational.

This place was amazing. Super clean, friendly staff everywhere and lots of happy and smiling faces. The stores have employees that greet you smiling and ready to help with any issues. The food here is delicious and the variety of stores offered here is amazing. Everywhere spend an afternoon or a day here. You will enjoy yourself.

And family.These animal ride are fabulous you can ride all around with kids, friends. Kids friendly. I have been here many times. The staffs are very nice. Top recommend for kids and family.

Macys has the best sale 9n Jewelry, our sales person was fantastic, she was welcoming and answered all of our questions!

We love to go early morning weekends when the price is reduced. The theater is clean, staff is friendly, popcorn fresh -regardless of the time of day. Seats have been upgraded, so are comfortable. It doesnt have the most modern feel to it, and the mall itself is kind of sad, but we enjoy going to the movies here.

The mall is too bad it,s a very low business little people walk around even in front the restaurant because all the food is to go what I think its unfair because on others restaurant. Can have some people far each other.

Only went to the movies! Theater was clean and have a great selection of snacks. Popcorn was fresh...they also serve alcohol . Dont know if thats a great idea but seems like many of the theaters do now. Restroom was very clean.They also have assigned seating so if you purchase your tickets in advance you do not have to worry about getting there early for a good seat...Enjoy the show!

Nice mall that is still hanging on. The theater is nice and they have a good food court. Convenient location and a lot of parking. Nice place if you are into mall shopping.

This mall is more enjoyable than other malls for me and my family. We enjoy the eateries.....you see we are somewhat foodies. The shops are great and my kids really like the movie theater.

Lots of souvenir shops, the Eastridge bookstore, Maido stationery, and many snacks to try. Nijiya Market is located right outside of the Kintetsu Mall. However, the bathrooms arent too great and you can tell that the building itself is getting old. Other than that, the shops here are great and I highly recommend coming here.

Clean bathroom. Spacious. Good sales/prices in stores. I had a pedicure done at the Fantasy nail salon (only $25). I also purchased things at The Childrens Place, the Sale 6.99 all clothes store across from there, and a small phone accessories kiosk. Employees at JC Penney and the stores mentioned above were all friendly and helpful. :)

I love shopping here, its so nice and actually peaceful for being a mall. Customer service is spectacular! I love coming here for a bite to eat as well.

Love going to the mall, who really doesnt. Well yall know what I mean. Anyway I do enjoy going there even if its to window shop. Had no idea what sales going on but, forever 21 has the ladies underwear on sale. Lucky me. 5 for 20 on panties ladies. Picked up a nice warm coat for the cold weather.

Very clean and friendly people everywhere BUT the variety of stores wasnt what I remembered 20 or even 30 years ago, I loved bringing my kids here for their 1st Mall visit, it was the lack of choices for our school shopping needs. By far it is still the Coolest mall design in the area, we love the flow it has, it makes the mall experience enjoyable, everything is in site. Thank you Eastridge mall for being here and withstanding the times and trends. Cheers.

Went to Round 1 bowling around 730pm on a Thursday. Wasnt packed with speedy service. For my 10 yr old and myself it cost me $20 bucks w/ shoe rentals. Lanes where clean and well maintained, and the arcade looked to be in good shape. Hyper kids? Have them burn some energy at the arcade. Overall great experience

Nice inside - sometimes parking gets full esp during hours when the gym gets busy. Good diversity of stores, shops and restaurants

Went to Tomi buffet for lunch. Food is amazing. We used to stand in line for over an hour, but in this special time of year, there is no line. This restaurant is clean and the food is great.

They offer a great range of delicious food. I loved dining here. Employees are always super nice, prices are reasonable and the place is always well organised.

Eastridge has def improved. This used to be my favorite mall in the 90s. I will give it another chance now that they have renovated and got some better stores. I really liked the childrens eating area and the family lounge was nice as well.

Just went to get food no sitting places at all which is ridiculous
