We have been here almost about a year. It’s very quite (well out street is anyway) which I Love! Only thing I wish they had a playground for kids but other than that it’s been good I don’t use the pool or the club house so don’t have an opinion on that . As for the comment about water and electricity being shut off it’s because pg&e did some major work that took couple months to finish so at times( I think was only couple times) they had to turn it off and they would let u know about it. So far no complaints about living here.

Mobile home is well lit now with new LED lights. Has pool and clubroom. Quick back gate access to mobile home available via Yerba Buena side.

This place is terrible. Sometimes theres electricity and water shutdown. The swimming pool does not get clean too often. The club house has no cable TV. This place makes hundreds of thousands of dollars. you would think they care about the residents. But they do not. I would not want to live here. The manager Gwen is a dumb person
