My friend lives here. Seems like a nice park. Not enough guest parking.

Its a mobile home park. Its in San Jose and so it is expensive and a mobile home park.

Its a neat and pretty safe looking place. The only real issue I see is the shortage in guest parking. If youre planning to attend a party or a major family function there, be prepared to walk a bit as theres very limited parking within the actual mobile park.

Enjoyed my stay. Convenient location. My stay here a really good. Helpful stuff. The place is really good.

Managers lie treat employees unfairly; i was fired not three months after a stroke. Its easy too see y they used a petty rule in letting me go.I was a loyal n hard working employee just like my 32years loyal too my local #790 ironworker s union.

Ive been living in this community for about 2 years and I really hate it. The managers Barbara and Terri are the most unprofessional people Ive ever met. Terry came to my place, knocked my door really hard, and start yelling really loud outside my property, no manners whatsoever. He told me that my car was slightly parked on my neighbors property, which they dont mind at all since we are friends, and it was illegal for me to do that. I have a tons of friends in this mobile home park and they all hate the current managers: Barbara and Terri. They complain that I cant park more than 2 cars in my driveway when everyone else parks 3, even 4 cars. My place is clean, I never have late parties or play loud music; they just dont like anyone in the park. One of my friends is remodeling her house, changing the windows so the property can look beautiful, and instead of being grateful that people are improving their homes to make the park look better, they complain about her, and send her letters. They are just impossible people to work with. If you are planning to move to this park, I will recommend you to drive around and see how many mobile homes are for sale, its because NO ONE wants to live here.

Current management sucks! Never advise tenants when power or water will be shut off. Today weve been down for over 2 hrs. No explanation. No nothing! When asked, theyre lame excuse is always: Well it wasnt our fault...this, that and on and on! Of course youre at fault. DEFINITION OF MANAGEMENT: ONE WHO MANAGES PEOPLE OR THINGS. COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY....DUHH! YOU MUST COMMUNICATE WITH TENANTS BOZOS. WHEATHER ITS PRIOR OR AFTER THE INCIDENT. YOU LET US KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY. ITS CALLED GOOD MANAGEMENT. IT ALSO KNOWN AS; COMMON COURTESY. YOU GUYS EVER HEARD ABOUT THAT? OBVIOUSLY NOT!!!

Ive lived in the community for 4 yrs now and was on the events committee for 2 yrs as treasurer. There are several events planned throughout the year for residents to participate in. Neighbors are friendly and some will even help you out if youre in need. Overall, a nice place to live.

Very nice, well kept mobile home park, only problem is that the railroad track are right next door. Something im sure the residents get use to.
