Love this mobile home park! Nice park with great amenities. Management is also great.

Management or whoever mans the phones is very rude and barely lets you finish a sentence.

Beautiful place, lots of trees and very friendly people. The Managers I met were extremely nice welcoming people.

I understand that the previous managers did not mix well with everyone, but there are new managers who are AWESOME!! Lots of beautiful trees, friendly people and pet friendly community. Great place to live!!

I used to live here back in the 90s. I still visit my grandma and I love it still. This place needs a lot of though.

Lots of big bumpers which can break the cars easily.

The location is good. However, the units are too close. There is a mixture of well kept and run down homes.

Lots and lots of shade and when you drive in and out there is a Shell gas station and mini-mart. Theres also a couple taquerias and a pho restaurant 880 and 101 are less than 1 mile away

My grampa used to live here for eons, so it seemed. This is a great community to live in. Cherish every day, how I miss and love my grampa John. See you in heaven grampa!

Great place to live

Really bad managers they are soo racist, there outside smoking cigarettes all day you can smell them even if you are few feets away .. They should have better managers to do there job right
