I moved in here about 5 weeks ago and couldnt be happier. I have found Richard, the Manager, to be very responsive and informative. The neighbors are friendly and caring. My home is really comfortable and well designed. Since this park has been around since the 1970s, there are some who have moved or passed away, leaving it possible for more individuals to enjoy this over 55 community.

Nice historic trailer park that has been here forever. Nice neighbors with most of the folks travelling or on the road for a good part of the year. The residences are actually quite nice inside and no difference from real homes. Folks who live here are quite nice and not much complaint since everyone pretty much knows each other. Guest Parking can be difficult, since there are not that many around.

Love the old people. Nothing like that senior scent when you roll through that place.

As far as mobile home parks go this one is well kept and quiet however the maintenance guy or manager one of them is really nosey and harassed me a couple of times (mistaking me for someone else I found out later). I understand the need to protect the park and the residents but hes not very polite about it and doesnt seem to care about being rude to someone that is legitimately there with no bad intentions, or whatever he was thinking...

I live here - moved here in 2002. Great community for 55+. We know our neighbors and look out for each other. Management is responsive. What more need I say?

Nice and quiet park

The manager named Richard, of Town and Country is very unprofessional and allows his son to rob all the seniors homes after they die. My car was also robbed while I was caretaking for one of the residents. When I asked to see the video of security camera that was above my car he refused. Then he later told all the residents I was a drug addict, I actually have cancer and the chemotherapy is starting to show. All seniors beware of this man.
