IF you buy a mobile home here, DO NOT sign the rent control contract. It will increase the rent by hundreds, or less, possibly. The neighbors are loud and nosy. Only one of them, in space 33 (I am assuming) is nice. Also, homeless people wander around the area. The owners/managers of the place dont do their jobs correctly.
