My aunt lives in this park and it is usually very quiet and all of the residents seem very nice and keep their properties clean and tidy. I have always enjoyed coming here to visit my aunt and there is always parking available when I visit which is great!!

My best friend lives there. It is nice place with pool, hot tub, club house with restrooms..showers...sauna room and pool tables, and also a huge pond (with no water though). The past 8 years I have seen this mobile home community deteriorate tremendously and it is very sad. It looks like the owner of this property does not care about much. Pond is dead. Power and water shut off at least once a month for some kind of repair. Very inconvient for the homeowners. Water pressure always bad. They are in no hurry to fully repair a problem that homeowners pay a lot for space rent and should have all the services operate properly. It is very sad because it can be beautiful again.

Lovely neighborhood... Beautiful yards and in most cases; very friendly people. Ive only experienced one, Booger in the Punch Bowl type of person but, she yells at EVERYONE (I was told and Ive seen it done as well).

Beautiful. Well kept homes. Quiet, clean. Lovely landscaping. Secure, serene setting. I cant wait to move in.
