Very clean, amenities are good with pool, sauna ..Management doesnt seem to harass resident with nonsense .

I have been coming here for years visiting my family. They are awesome and care about the people who live here.

I love my mobile home park. Manager is friendly, team maintenance is friendly too.

Lots of issues here. People seem to get away with so much yet they management seem to care about petty stuff when they should be kicking people out who they damn well know they are in the wrong, yet do nothing about. Possibly because they are of same race... Idk... But this park is very shady and not a tight community as they all want it to be

The Spot ghetto yet beautiful like home in a way

Worst place to live the management is rude and could care less about anyone. These last 2 years have been hell cant wait to move out Id rather be homeless then be here.
