I loved living at chateaua salle. I lived here for 27+ yrs. No problems in the park. It was always a very clean park. I never had any problems with management nor with any of my neighbors. It was always a safe place to come home to. I truly enjoyed my time at chateau la salle.

Its beautiful place to live. Clean and tidy grounds just gorgeous. They have 24 hr security at entrance. Very quiet environment. Dont know about rental rates.

Safe, tranquil community in san jose. All the homes are well maintained and the park itself is beautiful. All the facilities are maintained and it is very clean.

Enjoyable, well kept, they show attention to detail, residents are very nice and pleasant. I visited but if I could live there. I would.

As with all mobile home parks, extremely limited parking. Very nice park, though.

Although the park is very clean, the managers are nearly impossible to deal with. Its the management that basically ruins the rating for the park.

Nice park. Clean. Lots of trees. Greenway. Walking path. Pool. Guard shack to keep out rif raff. Monterey highway is noisy. The only downside.

OMG what a nightmare it has been living here not only the people I live with are out of this world off in a very bad way but. So is the managers too. If ur thinking about living here it maybe dating someone that lives here or very close by to this place pls think twice about it cause it could maybe cost u hard ship down the road.

Beautifully kept mobile home park. Biggest mobile homes I have ever seen. Some even have 2 car garages. The Club House has a commercial grade kitchen for events & communinity / private parties, a library, 6 pool tables, a nice little park with a walking path that takes you to the sauna, mini gym, a LARGE very clean pool that includes a HUGE hot tub, separate mens & womens changing rooms & restrooms which have 2 showers each. Also a full sized tennis court that doubles as a basketball court, There are also several commercial sized washers & dryers for residents to do laundry if needed. However all of these homes are so big I cant imagine even 1 doesnt have washer & dryer already inside.
