My wife and I have lived here for 11 yrs and in spite of bumping heads with new ownership over severe rent increases and rent control, we are quite satisfied. Management has shown compassion in difficult situations and owner has paid serious attention to park upgrades.

Bob the person in charge was very rude when I spoke with him. He can handle himself with a little more class and tact.

Nice senior mobil home park.

It was clean, quite. Has amenities.we are looking to buy. Close to 87, 85 to 101.

My grandparents have been living here for many many many years and now my mom is living here! Very clean community. They have a community center where everyone can gather and they have plenty of visitor parking.

Some of the laundry room washers could be updated and get a little more air flowing through it by opening some windows in there.
